Product Usage Instructions

Installation

  1. Read the instructions and view the illustrations before beginning.
  2. Cut and secure the Hook and Loop to the Cage in the locations shown. Trim around any clamps on the passenger side. Repeat for the opposite side.
  3. Place the Soft Cab onto the machine and loosely secure the straps.
  4. Align the Soft Cab to the machine and cinch the straps tight.
  5. Secure all flaps to the Hook and Loop fastener. Repeat for the opposite side.

Hook and Loop to Body Only Installation

If the Soft Cab is to be secured with snaps, please refer to the “Snaps Installation” section.

  1. Cut and secure the Hook and Loop to the flaps on the lower inside portions of the door on the driver side.
  2. Peel the backing from the Hook and Loop and fold the flap down, firmly pressing along the areas where the Hook and Loop is installed.
  3. Wait for 15-30 minutes for the adhesive to set up.
  4. Carefully open the flap and use one hand to gently separate the Hook and Loop fastener from the flap and plastic while opening.
  5. Apply more heat to the Hook and Loop if needed. Repeat for the opposite side.

Snaps Installation

  1. Outline the snap with a paint marker, lipstick, or marker.
  2. To mark the location, press the snap onto the body or Velcro.
  3. Install the provided snap.
  4. Secure the door to the snap. Repeat steps for the remaining snaps.

Additional Notes:

  • Windows must be completely open when closing or opening the doors.
  • Any whiteness, clouding, wrinkles, or waves that develop on the fastener will gradually disappear when the Soft Cab is exposed to sunlight and/or heat. You can use a heat gun or hair dryer to speed up this process, but avoid overheating or heating in one area for an extended period.
  • Windows must be rolled up when trailering the machine.

FAQ:

  • Q: What should I do if the windows develop whiteness, clouding, wrinkles, or waves?
    A: Any of these issues will gradually disappear when the Soft Cab is exposed to sunlight and/or heat. You can use a heat gun or hair dryer to speed up this process, but be cautious not to overheat or heat in one area for an extended period of time.

  • Q: Should I roll up the windows when trailering the machine?
    A: Yes, it is recommended to roll up the windows when trailering the machine to ensure their protection.

Windows must be completely open when closing or opening Doors.

Notes:

  • Hook and Loop Fasteners should be applied at a temperature of 70°F or above.
  • Use Denatured Alcohol and thoroughly clean any area where Hook and Loop Fasteners will be installed.
  • Installing and adjusting Soft Cab is easier with two people.
  • When cleaning Soft Cab, use soap and water only. Do not use detergent, window cleaner, solvents.
  • Do not use a dry cloth or rag on windows.
  • Do not fold Soft Cab before storing. Zip windows closed and roll Soft Cab to store.
  • Do not discard packaging until product has been successfully installed.
  • Doors may be secured with Snaps only, Hook and Loop Fastener only, or a combination of Snaps and Hook and Loop Fastener.

SuperATV®, nor any 3rd party, will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from any product purchased from SuperATV®. The total liability of seller to user for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

HOOK AND LOOP TO BODY ONLY INSTALLATION

(if Soft Cab is to be secured with Snaps, see “Snaps Installation”)

  • Cut and secure Hook and Loop to flaps on lower inside portions of Door

THESE STEPS MUST BE DONE FOR EACH INSTANCE

  • Peel backing from Hook and Loop.

  • Fold flap down and firmly press along areas where Hook and Loop is installed
    wait 15 – 30 minutes for adhesive to setup

  • Carefully open flap; use one hand to gently separate Hook and Loop Fastener from flap and plastic while opening.

  • Apply more heat to Hook and Loop

Snaps installation

  • Secure Door to Snap.
