When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed.
Do not use the Innoteck Kitchen Pro Mini Chopper until you have read this
manual thoroughly.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Read all instructions before using.

Do not open until blades stop.

The attached motor unit cannot be used for any other than intended use.

Unplug from the power socket when not in use and before cleaning.

Allow to cool down before putting on or taking off any attachment and before cleaning the appliance.

Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch a hot surface.
-
Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.

Keep hands and utensils away from the cutting blade while chopping food. This will reduce the risk of severe injury to people or damage to the food chopper. A scraper may be used but only when the food chopper is not running.

To protect against a fire, electric shock or personal injury, do not immerse cord, electric plugs, or motor unit in water or other liquids.

Return appliance to the nearest authorised service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.

The appliance is not a toy. Do not let the children play with it.

Avoid contacting moving parts.

The use of attachments not recommended or sold by manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.

Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner.
Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment. -
Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.

Be sure the motor unit is locked securely in place before operating the appliance.

Do not attempt to defeat the lid interlock mechanism.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Be careful of potential injury from misuse.

Switch off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply before changing accesso- ries or contacting any moving part.

Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.

This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.

This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Before using this appliance for the first time, wash the bowl and blade assembly in soapy water and dry thoroughly. All of the parts & attachments are dishwasher safe except motor unit. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
HOW TO CHOP OR MINCE

Place the bowl on a counter or any other flat surface, then slide the blade down over the shaft in the bowl. ,Be careful not to touch the blade as it is extremely sharp.

Place food in the bowl, the desired food refers to the chopping guide.

Place the bowl cover onto the bowl then position the motor unit onto the bowl, the embossment on the bowl cover is linked up to the hole on the motor unit, lining up the motor unit locking tabs to the bowl locking slots till the motor unit locks.

Depress and hold the pulse button to process.
Note: This product has a pulse button. Avoid running the motor continuously in this mode for the period over 1min. The longer the continuous pulse, the finer the texture.
For coarsely chopped foods, use short pulses.
CAUTIONS: Do not run the motor for more than 1 minute, or it may overheat. After 1 minute, switch off for at least 3 minutes let the motor cool down. -
Be sure the blade stops rotating completely before removing the bowl cover. Unplug the unit. Remove the motor unit and grasp the plastic blade hub. Carefully pull the blade assembly out. Remove the bowl and empty the processed food. Do not use the glass bowl for storing food.
WARNING: Never hold the metal section of the blade. This is very sharp!
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
Wash the bowl and blade assembly immediately after use either with warm soapy
water or in the dishwasher. Wipe off the motor unit with a damp cloth.
WARNING: Do not immerse the motor unit in the water or any other liquid.
CAUSTION: Do not use any chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to
clean the unit to damage the glossy finish.

Fresh Parsley and other leafy herbs| Wash and dry thoroughly then pulse or
process up to 120g ON 20seconds OFF 1min until desired chop is achieved.
Nuts| Pulse or process up to 120g ON 20seconds OFF 1min until desired chop is
reached
Cookies, crackers| Pulse or process up to 12 cookies or crackers ON 20seconds
OFF 1min until desired chop is reached
Fresh , stingless beef 60mm20mm20mm size block| Pulse or process up to 120g
beef ON 20seconds OFF 1min until desired chop is reached
Honey, maltose| Put in 50 g rams of honey and 50 grams of maltose, work for 5
seconds, rest for 1 minute until desired effect

Most warranty repairs are handled routinely but sometimes requests for warranty service may not be appropriate. For example, warranty service would Not apply if the product damage occurred because of misuse, lack of routine, maintenance, shipping handling by third party, warehousing, or improper installation. Similarly, the warranty is void if the manufacturing date or the serial number on the product has been removed or the equipment has been altered or modified. During the warranty period the authorised service dealer at its option will repair or replace any part that upon examination is found to be defective under normal use and service.

The seller’s standard 12-month warranty applies to all products unless stated. You are legally covered for the first 12 months by the retailer. Within the first 12 months of ownership, you are entitled to a replace- ment or refund the retailers discretion. Due to this being a legal requirement we cannot get involved during this period.

This warranty does not cover normal wear of any parts or damage resulting from any of the following negligent use or misuse of this product, improper voltage, or current use contrary to the operation instructions: deviation from the instructions regarding storage and transportation; repair or alteration by anyone other than Innoteck or an authorised service center. Further the warranty does not cover acts of God such as fire, flood, hurricanes, or tornadoes. Innoteck shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the above warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights as stated in the UK Consumer rights laws that may vary slightly.

The only time we will replace spare parts under warranty is if they have become defective within the first 12 months warranty. If you require any spare parts after the 12-month warranty has ended, you may be charged. Warranty does not apply to any accessories i.e. The guarantee is valid in the UK and Isle of Man only.

If your item has developed a fault the item would need to be returned to us for inspection.
We would require the full item to be returned to us along with your proof of purchase (this can be emailed to our customer service at service @innoteckcouk) and the completed returns form (you can obtain this form from our customer service team) which must be included within the parcel. Once the item has been returned to us our returns department will check the item to confirm the fault. They will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced if required.
If the product you have returned to us is end of line/discontinued or is out of stock may send you a like for replacement. We would ensure the specification of the item is like the product you have returned. -
Within three months of purchase, if any manufacturing defects are discovered the seller will arrange to pick up the item. After three months the purchaser or customer is required to send the item to us at their own expense. There may be times when seller may request proof of purchase photo or video to assist us. A customer who is unable to send a photo or video will need to send the product to us (subject to the 3-month period).

The product is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than as specified on the product rating label. (e.g..220V-50Hz).
