• Never use the massager on open wounds, discolored areas, areas of poor circulation, or any areas of the body that are swollen, burned, inflamed, or where skin eruptions or sores are present.
• DO NOT use the machine while under the influence of alcohol, sleeping pills, or sedatives

Instructions before use

• Please store this product in a dry place. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight. Place the product over a carpet to minimize the working noise.
•  How to use

This product uses only the 100-240V~, 50-60Hz power supply. Make sure your indoor voltage fits this specific parameter.

• Connect the AC power cord to the socket and turn on the massager
• Place your feet in the massager and press the “Power” on the panel or remote control. When the blue light is on, the massage begins. You can choose different intensities and modes.
• 15-minute automatic shut-off timer.

Control Panel

1. Power: Turn the massager ON/OFF.
2. Knead Intensity: Select the knead intensity low, medium, high, or OFF
3. Air Pressure: Select the air pressure low, medium, high and MAX. Press the button four times to MAX level, or turn OFF. If the air pres- sure is turned off, the air mode will turn off simultaneously
4. Air Mode: Select the air mode A, B, C, or OFF.
5. Heat: Select the heat level low, medium, high, or OFF.

Please follow the icon prompts to control each function via the remote control.

How to insert the stand accessory?

1. Insert the stand accessory into its corresponding holes at the bottom.
2. Ensure the accessories are installed according to the directions shown (Do not install backwards).
3. Lay the product flat on the ground.

Warranty

• Your foot massager comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Your BOB AND BRAD Foot Massager, Model 721, is warranted to be free from defects in materials and quality for the product’s life under normal conditions of intended use and service. This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser and does not extend to retailers or subsequent owners.
• We will, at our option, repair or replace the Foot Massager, Model 721, without additional charge, for any part or parts covered by these written warranties. No refunds will be given. Repair or replacement is our only responsibility and your only remedy under this written warranty if replacement parts for defective materials are not available. BOB AND BRAD reserve the right to make product substitutions in place of repair or replacement.
• For warranty service, contact our customer service department at 1-(612)567-3035 or at [email protected] to describe the problem. If the problem is deemed within the limited lifetime warranty scope, you will be asked to mail the product at your costs in its original package with proof of purchase, your name, address, and phone number. If the problem is not deemed to be within the scope of the one-year warranty, we will provide a quotation for a repair, respectively, replacement and return shipping fee.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; attachment of unauthorized accessories; alteration to the product; improper installation; misapplication; lack of reasonable care concerning the product; unauthorized repairs or modifications; improper use of electrical/power supply; normal wear; loss of power; dropped product; malfunction or damage of an operating part as a result of failure to comply with instructions for use or to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; transit damage; theft; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions; loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of BOB AND BRAD. This warranty is void if the product is ever used in a commercial or business environment. The maximum liability of BOB AND BRAD under this warranty is limited to the purchase price paid by the customer for the product covered by the warranty, as confirmed by proof of purchase, regardless of the amount of any other direct or indirect damage suffered the customer.

  • When not using the massager, store it back in the box and place it in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool area.
  • Do not twist wires
  • Avoid sharp objects to prevent scratching the surface of the product.
  • Keep out of direct sunlight and high temperatures.
• Cleaning
  • Unplug the power cord before cleaning.
  • Only use a dry cloth to clean the surface of the product.
  • Do not use corrosive cleaners such as benzene or bleach products
  • The fabric pouch can be removed for cleaning.
•   Maintenance
  • Keep the product clean and away from moisture.
  • Cover up the product when not in use to avoid dust.
