Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Checking WiFi Network Compatibility
Before proceeding with the pairing process, ensure that your WiFi network
operates at a 2.4GHz frequency. This is necessary for the light bulb to
establish a connection.
Step 2: Preparing the Light Bulb
Ensure that the light bulb is properly screwed into a standard electrical
socket and turned on.
Step 3: Pairing the Light Bulb
To pair the light bulb with your WiFi network, follow these steps:
- Download and install the companion app on your smartphone from the respective app store.
- Launch the app and create an account if required.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the app to your WiFi network.
- Once connected, navigate to the bulb pairing section within the app.
- Ensure that your smartphone is connected to the same WiFi network as the light bulb.
- Put the light bulb into pairing mode by following the specific instructions provided in the user manual.
- In the app, select the option to add a new device and choose the light bulb from the available list.
- Follow the prompts to complete the pairing process.
- Once successfully paired, you can control the light bulb’s settings and features through the app.
Step 4: Adjusting Color Temperature and Brightness
After successfully pairing the light bulb, you can adjust the color
temperature and brightness levels using the companion app. Simply open the app
and navigate to the respective settings for the light bulb. From there, you
can customize the color temperature within the range of 2700K to 6500K and
adjust the brightness levels as desired.
PARING
The following is the pairing method of the bulb:
- a. Please download the AvatarControls APP first, scan the QR code, or download AvatarControls from the App Store or Android Market
- b. Open AvatarControls to enter the account registration page, click “Register”
- c. After logging in to the AvatarControls APP, click “+” to add a device.
- d. After entering the “Add Device” page, enter the pairing mode through the “on-off-on-off-on” light bulb flashing quickly. Then click “Light Blink” to start adding smart bulbs.
- e. Select Device Work Wi-Fi and enter the password, then start configuring the device. After the operation is successful, “Device added successfully” will be displayed.
The WiFi network connected to the light bulb needs to be 2.4Ghz to connect, and the pairing instructions
Steps for troubleshooting

Is there any change in the network, confirm the network signal status?
Check the network settings of the router, the network connected to the WIFI of our light bulb needs 2.4Ghz. -
Confirm that you have not used high-power electrical appliances recently?
If the number of devices connected to the router reaches the limit. Please try turning off the wifi function of some devices and reconfigure. -
Confirm that the router is always on and the wifi password has not been changed?

Update the firmware on the mobile app. Customers can connect to the Avatar Smart Control APP through WiFi, and through the APP, functions such as changing the color of the bulb and adjusting the brightness of the bulb can be realized. At the same time, customers can also connect to Alexa, Google Assistant, Smart Life, etc. to control the light bulb.
