GLUE PULLER PRO
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read carefully before using the gun.
Hot surfaces! (the glue and the nozzle of the gun can reach temperatures from
180 to 200°C. Avoid all skin contact. If burnt, plunge the burn under the cold
water. Children should only use guns in the presence of an adult. Do not use
the gun in damp or wet conditions or expose it to rain. Do not expose to water
spittings. Unplug the gun from the wall socket when not in use. Never put any
object in the gun other than the glue sticks recommended. Never take a glue
stick out once it has been put into the gun: the resulting damage may be
irreparable. Never pull the cord to unplug the glue gun. If the power supply
cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, the manufacturer’s
after-sales service, or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid danger.
Throw on the scrap heap: for the glue gun’s end of life, the user will lay it
in a recycling location intended on his purpose (waste reception center).

FUNCTIONING
- **** Before using, the first test on a painted part that is not visible
| • Choose a glue stick and insert it in the gun :
– Transparent stick: at room temperature <20°C
– White stick: at room temperature >20°C

| • Plug the glue gun on the 230 V supply. The red indicator lights on. Adjust
the heating temperature (from 140°C to 220°C).
| • Clean the surface to dent pull. Degrease the impact with the spray
supplied in the set.
| • Choose the end cap adapted to the dimension of the area to dent
pull: Ø32 – Ø20 – Ø15 mm. Make sure the end cap is clean. Lay down the glue on
the end cap (generously).
| • Place the end cap on the area to dent pull. Rotate (left to right) to
eliminate the air bubbles. Wait 2 minutes for the Glue to dry.
| • Set up the pulling tool and turn the wheel to adjust the nozzle height on
the area to be repaired.
| • Operate the lever to pull on the area to be repaired.
| • When the dent has been pulled, use the provided spray to unstick the end
cap from the metal sheet.
| • Use the scrapper to unstick the end cap.
| • Use the spray on the glue remaining on the metal sheet.
| • With a shred, eliminate the last glue marks.
