Q1: How to use the wireless microphone?
A: 1. Plug the receiver into your devices. （iPhone/iPad） 2. Single press the power button of the mic and green light on. 3. The green light of the microphone is always on. Then the mic auto-connected and picks up the sound. ( The main function of this microphone is recording, and it cannot be connected to a speaker for amplification. )
Q2: What should I do if there is no sound in the recorded video?
A:Please confirm 3 situations: 1. Confirm whether the connection is successful: The indicator lights of the microphone and receiver are always on, which means the connection is successful. Only when the connection is successful can the recording sound be started. 2. Confirm whether the receiver on the phone is unplugged. When you're done recording, unplug the receiver to hear the sound. 3.Confirm whether the phone volume is 0. If so, we need to increase the volume.
Q3: Do the microphone need to be charged?
A: Yes, you can use a Type-C charging cable to charge the microphone.
