Q: Why microphone can not connect with receiver ?
A: Please factory reset as below instructions:

  1. Power on both microphone or receiver (The receiver needs to be plugged into your device)
  2. Poke the reset key twice quickly by a pin on both microphone and receiver, indicator lights flashes quickly, then they will auto pairing and indicator lights stays on.

Q: What should I do if there is no sound in the recorded video?
A: Please confirm below 4 situations:

  1. Confirm whether the connection is successful: The indicator lights of the microphone and receiver are always on, which means the connection is successful. Only when the connection is successful can the recording sound be started.
  2. This microphone supports Mute on (Blue light is on microphone) and Mute off (green light is on microphone), make sure the green indicator light of microphone stays on when recording.
  3. You need to unplug the receiver from the phone to hear the sound after recording is done
  4. Confirm whether the phone volume is not at 0, and adjust properly.

Q: Do the microphone need to be charged?
A: Microphone need to be charged with included Type-C charging cable when it’s running out of power. You may see blue light flashes on the microphone.
