FAQ
Q1: I can’t connect the APP.
A: (1) Please check if you’ve turned on your phone and camera’s Wi-Fi. Is the camera’s blue light flashing? If the blue light doesn’t appear, it means that the camera’s Wi-Fi is not turned on. Turn on the Wi-Fi by quick pressing the key button twice (the blue light will be flashing). Find the camera in your phone’s Wi-Fi settings page and connect to the camera. (2) Please check that you connect to Wi-Fi, and not Bluetooth. (3) Please check the flashing of the lights, if you see 3 lights flashing quickly, this means that the camera can’t detect the memory card. Format the memory card by pressing the key button 5 times, then connect the Wi-Fi again.
Q2: The camera turns off automatically.
A: (1) Please check if the memory card is inserted properly. (2) The camera has an auto sleep/wake mode to save the battery power, please check if the camera is in the sleep mode. (3) Please check if the memory card has enough space for saving the recording files, and the memory card must be U3 (writing speed 60MB/s above)
Q3: Why my live view is black?
A: Turn off the BLUETOOTH and VPN and try it again.
Q4: Set the date & time.
A : (1) When you connect to Wi-Fi, this will auto update, so you don’t need to set it manually. (2) After GPS is connected to Satellite, the date & time will be updated.
Q5: How can I know GPS is connected or not?
A: The GPS can be connected only in the outdoor space, and the distance
between the camera and the GPS module must be 15~20cm to ensure there’s no
interference in connection
The GPS will take 1-3 minutes to get connected for the first time, to check
that the GPS has connected to the satellite, please access the APP to check
the live view speed watermark.
