FAQ
Q1: How can I get 20/40 mode?
A: Press once to activate the 20-minute mode (Beep alarm), quick press twice to activate the 40-minute mode (Beep alarm + Blue light).
Q2: I can't get this to be on for 40 minutes. Double press just turns it off.
A: Please quick press the button to engage the 40-minute feature. If there is a pause in between it thinks you turned it on, then off again.
Q3: The strong odor can’t be removed.
A: For lingering odors, repeat the treatment until odor is removed. Use 1-2 times: Cigarette, alcohol, food, sweat, perfume. Use 3-5 times: Pet smell, vomit.
Q4: There’s a strange smell after using it.
A: The ozone generator is not an air purifier. The correct way to use the ozone generator is to use it in unoccupied spaces. Make sure that there are no people, pets, or animals in the room. Close the doors and windows.
The ozone will be released by 20/40 minutes depends on the mode you choose. After that, wait for another 70-90 minutes for the ozone to decompose the bacteria and odors in the air. Then you can return to the room and open the doors and windows.

effect and enhances your overall user experience. Step 1:

Note: As Ozone generators activates, pets and people must leave the area
during the initial 10-second countdown before ozone begins. 
Step 3:
After 20/40 minutes, wail an additional 70-90 minutes for the ozone lo
decompose bacteria and odors in the air. 
Step 4:
Enjoy clean air upon returning to the room.
Note: For stronger odors, repeat the cycle a few times if necessary.
