Before First Use
Because of long shipping time, sometimes espresso machine won’t pump water
when you receive and use machine first time. The reason is there’s airblock
develops in the water line. This can happen to any new machines, a machine
that had not been used for some time, or the machine had sucked in air by
accident.
To purge the air and resume the flow of water, please refer to the following
instructions:

Lift the water tank from the machine, then remove the stopper from bottom of water tank.

Add water to the water tank, filling to the MAX marking indicated. Then replace the water tank onto the machine.

Plug in and press the “ON/OFF button” . At this time, the one cup and two cup button indicator light will flash.
NOTICE: If steam is on location, the machine will beep three times when you press ON/OFF button, and all button indicator will keep flashing. To solve this problem, please turn steam knob to position and again. -
Place cup under steam wand.

Turn the steam knob to , machine will start pumping. (Steam knob need to be turned to max)
After water comes out from the steam wand, your machine is ready.
HOW TO BREW ESPRESSO
Preheating Water
Fill water into water tank, plug in and press the “ON/OFF button ” , The
machine will start to heat water, one cup and two cup button indicator will
flash.
Inserting The Filter

To insert the selected filter in the porta-filter, make sure to align the notch on the filter with the groove inside the porta-filter.

Turn the filter to the left or right to lock in place. This will help secure the filter in the portafilter.
Filling Coffee Ground

Add coffee ground into filter, then use tamper to tamp ground gently, don’t tamp it too tight.
Don’t overfill the filter basket, it may cause to clog or overflow. -
Clean any excess coffee from the rim to ensure proper fit under brew head and avoid leaks.
To ensure extraction rate, MEDIUM COFFEE GROUND is recommended.
Installing Portafilter

Place portafilter underneath the brew head, so that the handle is aligned with the INSERT position.

Insert the portafilter into the group head and rotate the handle towards the center until the retention clip is aligned with the closed lock symbol “ ” on the unit.
Select The Function
- Place cup under portafilter, and make sure that the machine is ready.(When indicator become solid).
- Press one cup or two cup button to start making espresso. The machine will stop after the preset volume has been extracted.
HOW TO STEAM MILK

Please fill water into water tank. And add your desired amount milk into the pitcher

Press steam button, the machine will start to preheat water and the steam button indicator will flash. When indicator become solid, the machine is ready.

Dip the steam wand about half an inch into the milk. You can also lower the steam wand deeper into the milk to avoid splashing.

Turn steam knob to position slowly.

Swirl the milk until desired amount of froth is reached.

Turn steam knob to “OFF” position and press steam button to switch steam off.
After steaming milk, pour the steamed milk and foam into your espresso, and
you’re ready to enjoy your homemade cappuccino.
To avoid steam wand blocking, please follow the step of “HOT WATER FUNCTION”
to clean the steam wand.
Notice: If you want to make espresso after steaming, please make sure that the steam knob is on the off position and steam button is off(If steam button indicator is on, please press the button again to turn off steam function).
HOT WATER FUNCTION
- Following the step of Preheating Water to heat water.
- When machine is ready, turn steam knob to position slowly. Hot water will comes out from steam wand.
- Turn steam knob to OFF position.
PROGRAMMING SHOT VOLUME
To set the one CUP volume:
- First step, let the machine preheat water before programming.
- When machine is ready, press and hold one CUP button for 3 seconds to enter into the mode of PROGRAMMING SHOT VOLUME. Machine will beep 1 time and one cup button keep flashing. Then press one cup button again to start espresso extraction. Press one cup button again once desired volume of espresso has been extracted.
To set the two CUP volume, follow the above steps but select the two CUP button to start and stop the extraction.
Resetting Default Volumes
Press and hold the one CUP and STEAM buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds,
machine will beep 5 times, it means the factory settings have been restored.
DESCALING
After regular use, hard water can cause mineral build up in and on many of the inner functioning components, reducing the brewing flow, brewing temperature, power of the machine, and the taste of the espresso. Descaling warning will be shown when the cumulative number of steaming or coffee brewing reaches 500 times, all indicators will flash for 5 times, which means that the coffee machine needs to be performed descaling. Descaling warning will be shown each time when you turn on the appliance if you do not cancel.
TO DESCALE
-
Add the descaling agent(about 10g) into water tank, then add water to max line.

Preheating water and place portafilter underneath the brew head.
-
When machine is ready, cup under portafilter and press two cup button to let water comes out.

Follow HOT WATER FUNCTION to make about 100ml water.

Turn off the appliance and leave the descaling solution in the appliance for 5 minutes.

Turn on the appliance and repeat the Step 2 ~ 5 for 5 times.

Repeat step 2~5 for 2 times with tap water in the “MAX” level (it is not necessary to wait for 5 minutes).

Add water into water tank, and follow the third step to operate the machine.
After water is drained, descaling is finished. -
After finish descaling, you need to cancel the descaling.
To cancel the descaling, please simultaneously hold and press the “two CUP” and “STEAM” button for 3 seconds.

Dry thoroughly.
Press on/off button, machine only beep and all indicator flashes| ·Steam knob is
not closed| • Turn steam control knob to OFF position.
Can’t make second espresso after steaming milk| Steam knob is not closed and
steam button is on
·| • Turn steam control knob to OFF position, and press steam button again to
turn off steam.
