Download & connect with APP

To get a detailed record of your day-to-day activities and health status, you can download the “beatXP traK” App.
You can connect your smartwatch and device with simple steps. Connect with the “beatXP traK” App and enjoy the features.

Check out the following steps to download and install beatXP traK App to begin your fitness journey :

Scroll down on the watch face.
Click on Settings and press “QR Code”.
Scan the QR Code from your mobile device and download the “beatXP traK App”.
Alternatively, you can download and install the “beatXP track” app from the Google Play Store for Android devices or the Apple App Store for iOS devices.
Open the “beatXP traK” app, go to the device tab and select “Add Device” and follow the instructions written on the screen.

Call with Bluetooth feature

Android Devices

Once the watch is connected to the “beatXP traK” App correctly:
Connect the device through Bluetooth to the smartwatch
The pop-up reminder will appear as “PAIR”
Choose to pair with “beatXP UNBOUND NEO”
Your device is now successfully connected
Go to the Bluetooth settings page of your device
Select and connect with “beatXP Unbound NEO”
Click to Pair
Bluetooth call feature can be used once paired successfully.

iOS Devices
Once the watch is connected to the “beatXP traK” App correctly:

Go to the Bluetooth settings page of your device
Select and connect with “beatXP UNBOUND NEO”
Click to pair
Bluetooth call feature can be used once paired successfully

Tips to Boost the Performance:

Please upgrade the “beatXP traK” app to the latest version to get a better experience..
Recommended device system:
- for Android 5.0 or above
- for iOS 9.0 or above

Charging Instructions

Turn the watch over and align the charging pins on the charging pod to the golden slots on the back of the watch.
Connect the other end of the charging pod to a charger of not more than 15 Watts power output and turn it ON.
You should see the charging icon on the watch light up within 5 seconds.
Charging completely from 0 to 100% takes about 2 hours. The battery symbol in the watch will be full when it gets fully charged.
Please clean the charging pins and the gold slots on the back of the watch for any dirt or sweat to avoid any type of corrosion on those parts of the watch.

Functions

Change Watch Face:

Long press the screen, you will enter the watch face selection mode. Swipe on the faces to change them and click on the desired watch faces to confirm.
You can also download additional watch faces from the beatXP trak application. Go to device settings on the app and tap on Watch Face. You will see hundreds of options, choose any of them to sync it with your watch.
Additionally, you have the option to use any of your gallery images as a watch face too. You can go to the “Custom Dial” choose an image from your gallery and customize the watch face from the multiple options provided.

Sports Modes

The watch has a total of 37 Sports Modes available. These are given below. Outdoor Running, Indoor Running,

Heart Rate

Wear the Unbound Neo watch properly, neither too tight nor too loose (make sure there is no green light leaking). Open the Heart Rate application in the watch, this will automatically measure Heart Rate.

Stress

After wearing the watch properly, open the “Stress” application on the watch. The watch will show how much psychological pressure you are feeling.

Blood Pressure

After wearing the watch properly, open the “Blood Pressure” application on the watch. The watch will provide both the low and the high values of BP.

Step Counting

Open the “Activity” application on your watch. It will show the number of steps which you have walked along with the distance covered and the amount of calories burnt.

Sp02 (Blood Oxygen)

Wear the watch properly and open the “SpO” application on your watch. Please stay still with your hand facing upwards to provide accurate measurements.

Sleep Monitoring

After wearing the watch properly, open the “Sleep” application on your watch to see the data of your previous night’s sleep. It shows the times you Fell Asleep and Woke Up along with the duration of your Deep Sleep, Light Sleep and Awake Time in between.

Call Mode

The Unbound Neo watch supports Bluetooth Calling. Users can make, answer, and reject calls directly on the watch with the inbuilt speaker and microphone array.

Notifications

To view the most recent notifications and messages, go to the “Notifications” app on the watch or swipe up from the home screen. You can view the notifications in detail as well as delete them from the watch.

Music Control

Control the music being played on the phone from the watch. You can switch as well as adjust the volume of the music.

Remote Capture

Control the camera on the mobile phone to take pictures remotely. To use it go to the mobile app, then go to the “Device” tab and click on “Take Picture”. Then go to the “Camera” app on your watch and press Click to take a picture.

Find My Phone

When the watch is connected to the app, go to the “Find Phone” application and press the play button.

Anti-Lost Reminder

When the watch gets disconnected from the mobile phone suddenly, it will vibrate and make a sound to prevent it from getting lost.

Stopwatch

You can record time with the stopwatch feature in the watch.

Timer

You can count down times with the timer feature in the watch.

Weather

The watch shows the current weather when it is connected to the mobile phone.

Alarm Clock

You can set alarms to wake up straight from the watch even having the option to set when they will repeat.

Troubleshooting

Heart Rate: The Unbound Neo smartwatch monitors your heart rate continuously 24/7. Sometimes this may get disrupted and the graph starts showing a dotted line in the graph. Kindly ensure that you wear the watch properly. Adjust it so that it is perfectly tight and in the right position. Also, please check whether the Heart Rate Monitor Setting is turned on in the beatXP track application.
Other Issues: If you face any problems with Bluetooth connection. Please go to your device’s Bluetooth Setting and see if it shows “Unbound Neo” in available devices. If already connected, remove the device and pair it again. Also, check if the watch is connected to the beatXP track application.
