IMPORTANT NOTES

- Children should not play with the appliance nor clean or carry out maintenance of the appliance unattended.
- The scale is a precision device. Do not drop, hit or shake it.
- If the scale is not used for a long time, remove the batteries. Batteries that are flat or out of use for a long time may leak.

means that the product is covered by the European Directive 2012/19/EU. Please
inform yourself about the local separate collection system for electrical and
electronic products. Used appliance should be delivered to the dedicated
collecting points due to hazardous components, which may affect the
environment. Do not dispose this appliance in the common waste bin.
Your product contains batteries covered by the European Directive
2006/66/EC, which cannot be dispose with normal household waste. Please inform
yourself about the local rules on separate collection of batteries because
correct disposal helps to prevent negative consequences for the environmental
and human health.
Environmental information
All unnecessary packaging has been omitted. We have tried to make the
packaging easy to separate into three materials: cardboard (box), polystyrene
foam (buffer) and poly ethylene (bags, protective foam sheet). Your system
consists of material which can be recycled and reused if disassembled by a
specialized company. Please observe the local regulations regarding the
disposal of packaging materials, exhausted batteries and old equipment.

REPLACING THE BATTERIES
- Open the battery cover on the bottom of the device. Remove the used battery.
- Insert a new battery paying attention to the proper polarity.
CHANGING THE UNITS, OPERATION MODE
To change the operating mode (weight/water volume/milk volume) or units
(imperial/metrical), press the UNIT buton.
PRODUCT WEIGHT MEASUREMENT
Start the scale by pressing the button. Place the bowl on the product. The
display will show the measurement result.
TARE FUNCTION
Start the scale by pressing the button. Put an empty vessel on the scale.
Press the button again to reset the scale.
ERROR MESSAGES
Err – The scale has been overloaded.
Lo – Low battery, replace the batteries.
If an error is displayed and the scale does not turn off automatically after a
longer time, remove the batteries for more than 5 seconds.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Wipe the weighing platform with a damp cloth.
