NAKAYAMA PB900 Forest Safety Helmets

INSTRUCTIONS

The mesh face shield are designed for face and eye protection against flying debris while wood chopping and weed trimming. They are light by weight and comfortable to wear. The materials used in these protectors do not contain any substances known to cause allergic reactions. However, it may be possible for certain susceptible individuals to develop allergies to the materials used.
WARNING: The mesh visor is intended for face protection against moderate impact hazards but is not unbreakable. This visor does not have any filtering action and does not protect against molten metal splash, hot solids or electrical hazards
WARNING: this mesh visors marked S should not be used when there is a foreseeable risk of any hard or sharp flying particles.

Standards and Approval
The Face Shield System are classed as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by the European PPE new regulation,(EU) 2016/425 and have been shown to comply with this regulation through the Harmonized European Standard EN1731:2006: Mesh eye and face protectors

Assembly:

Stop angle adjustment
There are 4 stop positions available (as circled) to adjust the angle from the welder’s eyes to the visor

Fitting Visor
Sliding the visor slots into the swivel posts, turning the swivel posts to hold the visors firmly.NAKAYAMA-PB900-Forest-Safety-

Rotate ratchet control knob to expand or contact band until the headgear fits your head properly, as showed below.

Use and Storage:

Temperature range for usage: -5 °C-+ 55 °C
Recommended storage conditions: -20°C -+55 °C, <85% humidity
Recommended maximum shelf life: 5 years

Cleaning, Maintenance and Disinfection:
Store this product in a soft carry bag or spectacle case when not using it. Cleaning is recommended after each use. The product should be cleaned using a cloth moistened with warm soapy water and dried at room temperature.
To avoid disinfection, please use medical alcohol to clear the headgear when it was used by another end user.
WARNING: Do not use petrol, chlorinated degreasing fluids, organic solvents or abrasive cleaning agents to clean any part of the equipment.
