Product introduction

This product is a portable power station, suitable for home emergency power backup, outdoor travel, emergency disaster, field work and other applications.
The product has a built-in lithium iron phosphate battery, which supports AC fast charging, car charging, solar photovoltaic panel charging(the product has UPS function, when the power fails, it can switch to supply power to the electrical appliance within 10ms).
The AC output is pure sine wave and can manually switch between 50Hz and 60Hz,Which will provide better protection of electrical appliances.

Main Power Control

Main Control for the whole system turn on/off Operate method: long press the button for 3s to turn on/off the system.

Light control

Operate method  :short press to turn on and change the light mode(SOS/Flash).

Notice : you can turn off the light by long press the button(1-2s) in any mode.

USB control

Operate method:  short press to turn on/off.

DC control

Operate method:short press to turn on/of

Present the remaining power and using data.

Air intake/outlet

When the fans are working, please don’t block the channel.

Notice:

1. Please confirm the output voltage or frequency before using
2. Long press the button for 2s to entry the frequency changing mode, 50Hz and 60Hz will blink in the display, press again the button to chose the right frequency, wait till the frequency is not blinking, then you will get the frequency you want.
3. Quick short press for 10 times to switch the voltage 100V or 110V.

Overload protector

To protect this product, an overload protector is added. Prevent damage to the product due to excessive AC input current caused by lightning and power grid fluctuations. When such a situation occurs, the overload protector will start to cut off the AC input to protect the product

Please restart the AC input function of this product by following steps：

※When the overload protector is activated, it’s unable to charge the devices.

1. For safety reasons, turn the product OFF and unplug all ports.
2. After confirming that there is no abnormality in each part, turn on the product.
3. Press the overload protection button to restart AC input.

By Car charger

UPS introduction

The user can connect the AC charging cable to the power grid, and then connect the electrical appliances to the AC outlet of the devicand turn the AC output on (as shown in the figure below).

Attention

1. The UPS ONLY support appliances under 1100W.
2. Before power cut, the power supply will directly come from the power grid.
3. When power cut, the device will switch the power supply from power grid to the battery inside automatic in 10ms,and keep your appliances working.

FAQ

1. The appliances power is within the rated output power range of the product but it cannot be used?
   The power of the product is low and needs to be recharged. When some electrical appliances are started, the peak power is higher than the product power, or the nominal power of the electrical appliance is greater than the product power;

2. Why is there a sound when using it?

3. Is it normal the charging cable heat up during use?
   The sound comes from the fan or the SCM when you start or using the product. Yes, it is. The cable complies with national safety standards and has applied the certificates.

4. What kind of battery we use in this product?
   The battery type is lithium iron phosphate.

5. What devices the product can support by the AC output?
   The AC output is rated 2000W, peak 4000W. It’s available to power most of the home appliances, which rated power is lower than 2000w. Please make sure the total loading by AC is under 2000W before using.

6. How can we know the remain using time?
   Please check the data on the screen, it will show the remain using time when you turn on.

7. How can we confirm the product is recharging?
   When the product is under charging, the product screen will show the input wattage, and the power percentage indicator will blink.

8. How should we clean the product？
   Please use a dry, soft, clean cloth or tissue to wipe the product.

9. How to storage?
   Please turn off the product and place it in a dry environment. Do not place this product near water. For long-term storage, we recommend to use the product every three months(Run out the remain power first and recharge it to the percentage you want, such as 50%).

10. Can we take this product on airplane?
    NO, you can’t.

11. 12. 13. 14. Is the actual output capacity of the product the same as the target capacity in the user manual?
                The capacity of the user manual is the rated capacity of the battery pack of this product. Because this product has a certain efficiency loss during the charging and discharging process, the actual output capacity of the product is lower than the capacity specified in the user manual.

Maintenance

1. 1. It is recommended to use or store this product in an environment of 20°C to 30°C, away from water, heat, and other metal object
2. For safety reasons, please do not store this product in an environment higher than 45°C or lower than -10°C for a long ti
3. If it is not used for a long time, please charge it to 60% before storing. If the battery is left unused for a long time when the is seriously insufficient, it will cause irreversible damage to battery and shorten the cycle life of the product.
