- Type: Unshielded Cat6/6A Standard RJ45 Connectors
Product Usage Instructions
Section 1: Preparing the Cable
- Remove 1.5 inches of the cable jacket.
- Separate the conductor pairs.
- Remove any kinks and place the conductors into the correct order.
- Remove the spline and untwist the pairs.
Section 2: Installing the Load Bar
T568B sequence shown.
- Slide the load bar down toward the cable jacket, with the angled end facing down.
- Ensure that the load bar is seated no further than 1/4 inch from the end of the cable jacket. Flush cut at the front of the load bar.
- Ensure that the load bar is properly installed and the conductors are flush cut.
Section 3: Assembling the RJ45 Plug
- Insert the load bar and cable assembly into the RJ45 plug
housing. Seat it until the load bar stops at the front.
Section 4: Crimping Process
- Place the entire assembly into a crimp tool.
- Fully close the handle of the crimp tool to complete the crimping process.
Section 5: Final Inspection
Ensure the following:
- The load bar is fully seated.
- All golden contacts are seated properly.
- The strain latch is engaged.
All done! All golden contacts should be seated fully.

installation

- Slide load bar down toward cable jacket, with angled end as shown.
- Seat load bar no further than 1/4″ from end of cable jacket. Flush cut at front of load bar.
- Load bar installed properly and conductors flush cut, T568B sequence shown.
- Insert load bar/cable assembly into RJ45 plug housing. Seat until load bar stops at front.
- Place entire assembly into crimp tool. Fully close handle to complete crimp process.
- Inspect. Load bar fully seated, all golden contacts seated, strain latch engaged.
- All done! All golden contacts should be seated fully.
