Product Introduction

Malide BLE Tire Pressure Monitoring System (hereinafter referred to as Malide TPMS) can monitor the pressure and temperature of car’ s tire, and the value can be correctly displayed through App. If the abnormalities occurs on the tire’ s pressure and temperature , the App will send the alarm to you through the voice and warning icon.

Precautions

  1. Users should match the sensor and APP before driving, please do not match during the driving to avoid the unnecessary property losses and personal injuries, otherwise ,you will undertake the all the responsibilities and risks.
  2. This product . If the environment of wireless communication is special, the installation method is incorrect or there are other special reasons, the wireless signal may be interfered and the signal will be reduced or lost.
  3. If the temperature and pressure of tire display abnormally, please drive your car to there pair shop where it is closer to you for inspection and repair to avoid the accident.
  4. When indicate that the battery is too low, please replace the battery or the sensor in time to avoid the abnormal operation of tire pressure detection system due to low battery.
  5. If the sensor is not used properly due to the use of a gas-filled puncture sealant or other external human factors, or the accident occurs, the company will not bear any responsibility.

Instruction for Installation on the Car

When the product leaves the factory, the sensors and ID codes off our tires have been configured (each sensor has an independent lD code),just need to install the sensor to the corresponding positions of tires, and use it. You need to match the App with sensors first when you want to watch the datas (See the “Matching Procedures for Sensors” for the matching method).

Procedures of Installation

  • Screw the nuta to the bottom of the Valve cora

  • Screw the sensors lightly

  • Or dissemble the case of the sensor by the bottom

  • Remove the old batteries and install a new and then reinstall the sensor according to the installation above

Matching Procedures for Sensors

  1. Click the symbol In the upper right comer to the main Interface or Figure A to enter the system setting interface show in Figure B.
  2. Manual matching: Click the tire selection box to be matched, input the ID engorged on the sensor 91nd Click to complete the matching.
  3. QR Matching: Scan the QR code on the sensor shell .As soon as the scanning is completed the matching will be completed.

NOTE: When the sensor is paired with the phone, and the phone does not receive the data needs to be received through the binding of the mobile phone and the Multifunction TPMS Voice Broadcaster.

Binding of Multifunction TPMS Voice Broadcaster

  1. After entering the interface of Figure C, click on "Searching for Device "to find the Multifunction TPMS Voice Broadcaster.
  2. Short press the button to turn on the Multifunction TPMS Voice Broadcaster, and then press the button for about 5 seconds until the light at the key blinks red and blue alternately, at this time the broadcaster enters pairing mode.
  3. When the “MLD_R03″key in Figure D appears, click this key to bind.
  4. Figure E appears ,the Multifunction TPMS voice broadcaster is bound, and finally click "I Know" to exit the prompt box.

Instruction of Multifunction TPMS Voice Broadcaster

Structure Description
  1. Dual USB Port: used for mobile phone charging, etc ;
  2. Button: used for power on / off and pairing with mobile phone;
  3. Charging port: used to charge the TPMS Voice Broadcaster;
  4. Wire slot: used for matching with lanyard;
  5. Indicator light: display charging state and pairing mode;
  6. Rotatable upper cover: Double USB and tire pressure display surfaces can be respectively displayed by rotating;
  7. Display interface: real-time display of tire pressure and temperature;
  8. Magnet wafer: fixed with Magnetic Patch.
Button Description
  1. Turn on: Short press button “ ”
  2. Turn off: Press the button“ ”for about 1 second
  3. Pairing mode: Press the button“ ”for about 5 seconds and Wait for the indicator light to flash alternately in red and blue
Function Description of Display Interface
  1. Normal tire temperature and pressure
    When the tire pressure and temperature of all tires are normal, the car profile and the symbol “ ”on the interface are displayed in blue breathing light status, four tires display in green status, and the broadcaster will broadcast “Tire pressure and temperature are normal, have a nice trip!”

  2. Abnormal Tire Pressure and Temperature Alarm (Take left front tire as an example)
    When the following five types of abnormal tire temperatures and tire pressures occur, the corresponding tires will always flash, and the multifunction TPMS voice broadcaster will report the corresponding abnormal situation through voice.

  3. Sensor Battery Alarm(Take left front tire as an example)
    When the battery is too low, the voice alarm “Left front tire battery is too low” will play ,the tire corresponding to the broadcaster will flicker.

Indicator Light Description
  1. USB Charging Mode
    When charging the broadcaster, the indicator light is red and flickers. When fully charged, the indicator light is blue.

Introduction for more APP functions

  1. Note: The relevant parameters of the broadcaster are modified by the mobile phone App. After setting system parameter, setting tire adjustment, or updating sensor binding operation, you need to rebind the Multifunction TPMSt voice broadcaster to update the settings.

Common Problems And Solutions

  1. After the sensor is just matched or the App is opened, there is no data display on the main interface. First determine if the is bound. And the sensor with only send data in the following situation: ©Nithin 20 minutes after the battery is installed; ®The driving speed exceeds 20 yards; <3>The parking time is within 10 minutes; @The tire pressure changes instantaneously more than 30 kPa; CSl The tire rotates for more than 20 seconds. When the other time is in the sleeping state, the data will not be sent in sleeping state, so the receiver will not receive the signal.

  2. No voice broadcast from the App.
    Check if the voice alert is on in the setting interface of system; check if the phone is muted or the volume is low.

  3. No sound in the Multifunction TPMS voice broadcaster. Confirm whether the Multifunction TPMS voice broadcaster has completed binding; when there is no abnormality, the broadcaster will not broadcast.
