LED Indicator Light

Power on: Blue light flashes.
Ready for Pairing: Red and blue lights flash alternately.
Charging: Power level indicators flash in sequence. The four battery indicator lights represent the remaining percentage of the headset: One LED 0-25% Two LEDs 25-50% Three LEDs 50-75% Four LEDs 75-100%
Fully charged: The battery indicator lights are on. Power off: Red light flashes 3 times

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Press and hold the power key for 2 seconds to the power on. The Power indicator light will flash red and blue, indicating the headset is in pairing mode.
  2. Turn on the bluetooth mode of your mobile or other bluetooth device and select the pairing name “MTG BT Neckband Pro+”. After the connection is successful, there will be no more flashing lights. (Press the Power key and hold for about 3 seconds again to turn off the power.)
  3. The headset will turn off automatically within 5 minutes if no connection is found.

Conned two mobile phones at the same time

  1. Connect the headset with your first mobile phone according to the above guidance. Then turn off the bluetooth mode of your first mobile phone.
  2. Connect the headset with your second mobile phone according to the above guidance. Then turn on the bluetooth mode of your first mobile phone and select the pairing name “MTG BT Neckband Pro +”.

How to Use

Power on: Press and hold the Power key for 2 seconds.
Power off: Press and hold the Power key for 3 seconds.
Answer a call: Click the Multi-function key when call in.
Hang up the phone: Click the Multi-function key during the call.
Reject a call: Press and hold the Multi-function Key for 1 second when call in.
Play/pause: Click the Multi-function key when you listen to the song.
Previous song: Press and hold the ” + ” key for 1 second when listening to music. Next song: Press and hold the “-” key for 1 second when listening to music.
Increase the volume: Click the “+” key when listening to music.
Decrease the volume: Click the “-” key when listening to music.
Redial last phone number: Double click the Multi-function key. Voice assistant: Click the “C” key.
TF card/Bluetooth mode switch: Double click C key after TF card inserted.
Power level: Click the Power key to display the power level. Indicators will be turned off after 5-20seconds. (Display time varies in different modes)
