unable to start
Charge the earbuds for 30 minutes and take the earbuds out of the charging case. And it will turn on automatically.
Earbuds cannot pair
Go to the mobile’s Bluetooth menu and forget/disconnect the “truce Bud A1 ANC and put earbuds back to charging case Then take out earbuds from charging case and connect/pair with mobile again.
Cannot connect to mobile device
Turn off the earbuds by putting them in charging case. Turn off mobile device Bluetooth function and turn on it again. Then take out earbuds from case and connect.
The earbuds cannot be charged
Make sure earbuds are placed in case with night orientation, gently press them in place and clean the charging pin
