unable to start
Charge the earbuds for 30 minutes and take the earbuds out of the charging case. And it will turn on automatically. -
Earbuds cannot pair
Go to the mobile’s Bluetooth menu and forget/disconnect the “truke Bud Pro ANC”, and put earbuds back to charging.
case. Then take out earbuds from charging case and connect/pair with mobile again. -
Cannot connect to mobile device
Turn off the earbuds by putting them in charging case. Turn off mobile device bluetooth function and turn on it again. Then take out earbuds from case and connect. -
The earbuds cannot be charged
Make sure earbuds are palced in case with right orientation, gently press them in place and clean the charging pin point. -
Only one earbud is working/ANC works with only one earbud/Music play only on one earbud.

Step 1: Disconnect from phone and delete the device “truke Buds Pro ANC” from your phone’s bluetooth menu.

Step 2: Take out both earbuds from case and tap 6 times on one earbud and put them back in charging case.

Step 3: Take out both earbuds from charging case and connect with your phone through bluetooth menu.

Precautions
- Do not use the product under high temperature, high humidity , high cold, high dust, high electromagnetic radiation and lighting environments.
- Do not use non-original charging accessories to charge.
- Charging time should not exceed 3 hours.
- Recharge every 30 days when not in use for long time.
- Do not exceed 60 decibels when used for long time to avoid hearing damage.
- Do not disassemble by any unauthorized personal , otherwise, warranty will be void.
- After the product has expired, it can be sent to a professional recycling agency. Do not discard it at will,so as not to pollute the environment.
