unable to start
Charge the earbuds for 30 minutes and take the earbuds out of the charging
case. And it will turn on automatically.
Earbuds cannot pair
Go to the mobile’s Bluetooth menu and forget/disconnect the “true Buds VIBE”,
and put the earbuds back into the charging case. Then take out the earbuds
from the charging case and connect/pair them with the mobile again.
Cannot connect to mobile device
Turn off the earbuds by putting them in the charging case. Turn off the mobile
device’s Bluetooth function and turn on it again. Then take out the earbuds
from the case and connect them.
The earbuds cannot be charged
Make sure earbuds are placed in a case with the right orientation, gently
press them in place and clean the charging pinpoint.
Only one earbud is working with only one earbud/Music plays only on one earbud
Step 1 Disconnect from the phone and delete the device “truck Buds VIBE”
from your phone’s Bluetooth menu
Step 2 Take out both earbuds from the case and tap 6 times on one earbud
and put them back in the charging case.
Step 3: Take out both earbuds from the charging case and connect with
your phone through the Bluetooth menu.

- Do not use the product under high temperature, high humidity, high cold, high dust, high electromagnetic radiation, and lighting environment
- Do not use non-original charging accessories to charge
- Charging time should not exceed 3 hours
- Recharge every 30 days when not in use for a long time
- Do not exceed 60 decibels when used for a long time to avoid hearing damage
- Do not disassemble by any unauthorized personnel, otherwise, the warranty will be void
- After the product has expired, it can be sent to a professional recycling agency. Do not discard it at will, so as not to pollute the environment
