PEPPER CRUSTED STEAK

Ingredients
- 2 boneless top sirloin steaks
- Crushed black peppercorns
- Coarse sea salt
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Directions
- Rub steaks with black pepper and salt on both sides. Refrigerate for 75 minutes.
- Brush steaks with melted butter on both sides. Place the oil tray in the bottom level to catch any drips. To select the AIR FRY mode and air fry at 400°F for 8-12 minutes.

The middle level
Ingredients
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- l/2 tsp garlic powder
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
- Season drumsticks with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
- Lightly oil the air fry basket to prevent sticking and add drumsticks, then insert in the middle level. Place the oil tray in the bottom level to catch any drips.
- To select the AIR FRY mode and air fry at 360°F for 20 minutes. Then baste drumsticks with barbecue sauce and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Turn drumsticks, baste again and cook for another 7 minutes.
- Using a meat thermometer, to check and make sure it has reached a safe internal temperature before serving.

The middle level
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce, l tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice, salt & pepper
- 4 boneless pork chops
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Add in pork chops and flip to coat both sides. Set aside.
- Place pork chops in the baking tray and pour sauce over pork chops. Place the baking tray in the middle level. To select the AIR FRY mode and air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes. Flip pork chops and air fry for another 12 minutes.
- Cooking time may vary depending on the size of pork chops.
HONEY LIME CHICKEN WINGS
Ingredients
- Package of 76 chicken wings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper, 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
Directions
- Place all ingredients inside a large mixing bowl or 1-gallon zip seal bag and mix well. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Lightly oil the air fry basket to prevent sticking and evenly place chicken wings on it, then insert in the middle level. Place the oil tray in the bottom level to catch any drips. To select the AIR FRY mode and air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes.
- Turn chicken wings and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
LEMON GARLIC SALMON

Ingredients
- 4 skinless salmon filets (about 6 oz.)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
- Line the air fry basket with foil. Whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, and melted butter in a small bowl.
- Place salmon on foil an.
- Place salmon on foil and pour the butter mixture over the salmon. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon filets and make sure it is well sealed. To select the AIR FRY mode and cook for 10 minutes at 400°F. Remove the air fry basket from the oven and carefully open the foil. Then place the air fry basket back into the air fryer oven.
- Set the temperature to 400°F and broil for 2 minutes. Remove the air fry basket from oven and pour the remaining butter sauce left in the foil onto the salmon. Garnish with parsley (optional)
PARMESAN HERB BREAKFAST POTATOES

Ingredients
- 2 russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 cups cold water
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely shredded
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash the outside of your russet potatoes. Leaving the skin on, cut potatoes into 7/2 inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, mix cold water with salt and submerge potatoes. Allow to soak 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix fresh thyme, rosemary, garlic, and olive oil in a small bowl. Season generously with salt & pepper.
- Drain potatoes and use a paper towel to collect any liquid in the bottom of the bowl.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes in the herb-garlic mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air frying basket, inserted in the middle level. Insert the baking tray in the bottom level to catch any drips from the air frying basket.
- Select the AIR FRY function to cook potatoes at 4S0°F for 15 minutes until potatoes are golden on the outside and tender inside.
- Remove potatoes from the basket and top with parmesan cheese. Serve with your favorite breakfast!
