Product Usage Instructions
Working Modes
The charger has the following working modes:
Constant Voltage Mode
In this mode, the charger uses a constant voltage to charge the batteries. The
charging current will be high initially but will decrease as the battery
charges.
Constant Current Mode
This mode is activated when the battery voltage is lower than the set voltage
of the charger. The charger provides a constant charging current to maintain
both the battery and the battery charger.
Trickle Charge Modulation
When the battery voltage approaches the set voltage and the charging current
gradually decreases to the set current, the charger automatically switches to
the trickle charge mode from the floating charge mode. This indicates that the
battery is fully charged and remains in the trickle charge mode.
Floating Charge Modulation
This mode keeps the maintenance method to charge the battery.
Panel Function Introduction
The charger panel has the following functions:
- Displays the voltage of the charging battery
- Displays the charging rate of the battery charger
- Displays the real battery voltage
- Displays the current of the charging battery
- Switch for choosing a charging mode (Intelligence or Fast charge)
- Floating charge display
- Constant voltage charge display
- Trickle current charge display
- Constant current charge display
- Intelligent charge mode display
- Fast charge mode display
- Switch for choosing a matched voltage (6V/8V/12V/14V/16V/24V)
Note:
Please select the voltage that matches the battery first, and then you can
turn on the charging switch.
For a 12V battery:
- If the screen displays 14V to 14.5V, it means your battery is good.
- If it displays 13.5V, it means your battery is common.
- If it displays below 13V, it means your battery is weak. Your weak battery requires manual maintenance with battery liquid added.
Troubleshooting
Trouble:
The charging time is very short, but the screen shows it is fully charged.
Solution:
- Check if the battery voltage type matches your battery and whether the radiator fan is working or not.
- If the battery has no capacity or was fully charged before, we recommend retesting after power-off or testing the charger with another battery with less power.
- Check whether the battery capacity is too small or damaged.
Trouble:
The battery has a leakage current of 0.3A, and the screen doesn’t display
full-charged even after a long time.
Solution:
- Check if the technical principle or material of the battery is faulty. We recommend buying a good quality battery.
- Check if the connection of the battery to the charger is correct.

The Functional Description
When the charging rate displays 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, it indicates the charging rate of the power. This product uses the full-microcomputer screen display. The fan will start intelligently, sometimes fast and sometimes slow, indicating it is on pulse charging. The product also has a external power switch to control and other functions. It can show the real-time charging voltage and current of your battery. There’s a switch that can convert the intelligent or fast charge mode. When the battery capacity is over-low, it will make a alarm and the charging rate 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% will flash simultaneously, indicating that your battery voltage is over-low. After the battery is repaired by the charger, the normal charging rate will be displayed again. When the battery is fully charged, it will have a voice indication and the beeping device will make a sound every minute to indicate that your battery has been full-charged already. This product automatically recognizes 12V, 24V charging by default, and has a press-switch to convert 6V, 8V, 14V, 16V and lock it to charge. The output voltage is 6V/8V/12V/14V/16V/24V respectively. At the initial state, press the switch once to convert the battery voltage type, and this voltage type is to charge 6V battery. Each press will convert to the next voltage.
Note: Please select the voltage that matches the battery first, and then you can turn on the charging switch.
For the 12V battery:
When the battery is fully charged and the screen displays 14V to 14.5V, it
means your battery is good. If it displays 13.5V, it means your battery is
common. If it displays below 13V, it means your battery is weak. And your weak
battery requires manual maintenance with battery liquid added.
Troubleshooting Procedure
Trouble | Solution |
---|
The charging time only takes a few minutes or even shorter than a few minutes,
but the screen has shown that it is fully charged.| 1. Check if the battery
voltage type matches your battery and check whether the radiator fan is
working or not.
2. It means the battery has no capacity or the battery was full-charged
before. (We recommend retesting after power-off, or testing the charger with
another battery with less power.)
3. Check whether the battery capacity is too small and whether the battery is
damaged.
When the battery is charging, the surface of the battery is hot.| 1. Your
battery has a leakage ≥ 0.3A current.
And although it has charged for a long time, the screen don’t display full-
charged.| 2. Because the technical principle of the battery is faulty, or the
material of the battery is faulty. (We recommend that you buy a good quality
battery.)
---|---
3. Check if the connection of the battery to the charger is correct.
Even if the battery is full-charged, it can’t be used durably.| Because your
battery is old or damaged, we recommend making maintenance or replacing your
battery.
While the charger has already normally connected the battery, the beeping
device alarms, or even it can’t work totally.| Because the battery has not
been used for a long time, the battery maybe in a severe short circuit.
To charging the battery for car or motorcycle which has not been used for a long time, the battery cells within 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% in the screen will flash simultaneously, indicating the voltage is over-low. We can use the fast repairing switch of this product to repair it.
Attention:
In the normal circumstance, we recommend that you use intelligent mode to
charge or maintain the batteries. For batteries that are at low temperature or
not used for a long time, we recommend that you use fast mode to repair and
charge the batteries so that it can restore the youthful life of the
batteries. This product use the advanced microcomputer full-automatic
management system, so no matter you choose intelligent or fast charge mode,
you don’t need to monitor its work. Please don’t worry about how to use it.
The Specification About The Charging Mode
- Intelligent Charge Mode: While you start the charger, it will be defaulted into the intelligent charge mode. Each time you charge, this product will scan and test the battery. During the detection, the battery circles which have the four cells in the display screen will be scanned twice. After testing the status of the battery, the charging state will be intelligently converted (repair, maintenance or maintain).
- Fast Charge Mode: Pressing the modulation switch will come into the fast charge mode, it will display the real-time charging status.
The Usage Installation
Warnings
- There is high-voltage danger inside the charger, if the charger has trouble or failure, please contact the seller or manufacturer.
- DON’T use this product in the humid, hot, flammable and combustible environment.
- DON’T use this product in the place where will block the radiator holes or when the fan has stopped working.
- DON’T let water get into this product to avoid damage.
- DON’T separate this product without professional guide, or you pay for the consequence.
Warm Tips
For best maintenance your batteries, please don’t charge the battery when your battery is exhausted. The lead acid battery is not a memory battery, suitable for multi-charge and multi-release current. If the 12V battery exhausted the capacity under 10V, firstly the battery will have a large damage, moreover our charger will make an over-current protection easily. At the moment you should turn off the power for 10 minutes, and then you can use it again. This situation means your battery is below 10V. In the state of serious power loss, please pay attention to the next time you use the battery.
