STAND-V002O Dual Arm Monitor Desk Mount

Product Information

The Mechanical Arm Dual Monitor Desk Mount is a versatile and
adjustable mounting solution for two monitors. It allows you to
free up desk space and create a comfortable and ergonomic viewing
experience. With a weight capacity of 4.4-19.8lbs (2-9kg) per arm,
it can accommodate most standard-sized monitors.

The package includes the following components:

• (x2) Upper Arm
• (x1) Base
• (x2) VESA Plate
• (x1) Upper Clamp
• (x1) Lower Clamp
• (x1) Grommet Plate
• (x1) Knob
• (x2) M6x8mm Screw (S-A)
• (x2) M6x10mm Screw (S-B)
• (x2) M8x30mm Screw (S-C)
• (x8) M4x12mm Screw (M-A)
• (x8) M5x12mm Screw (M-B)
• (x8) M5 Washer (M-C)
• (x1) 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A)
• (x1) 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B)

Please note that some of the included hardware may not be
used.

Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Clamp Installation

1. Remove the plastic shroud from the Base (C).

2. Adjust the knob completely down on the Lower Clamp (F).

3. For desktops with a thickness of 0.4-1.90″ (10-50mm), install
   the Upper Clamp (E) to the Base (C) using the M6x8mm Screws (S-A)
   and the 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B). Reinstall the plastic shroud onto
   the Base (C).

4. Attach the Lower Clamp (F) to the top two holes on the Upper
   Clamp (E) using the M6x10mm Screws (S-B) and the 4mm Allen Wrench
   (T-A). Secure the clamp assembly to the desktop.

5. For desktops with a thickness of 1.8-3.1″ (45-80mm), follow the
   same steps as above, but attach the Lower Clamp (F) to the bottom
   two holes on the Upper Clamp (E).

Step 2: Grommet Installation

6. Mark two drilling locations 2″ (51mm) apart in the desired
   location.

7. Drill grommet holes using a 3/8″ (10mm) drill bit, drilling
   completely through the desktop.

8. Disassemble the Lower Clamp (F) using the Phillips end on the
   5mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

9. Place the Grommet Plate (G) on Knobs (F1, H) and secure the
   assembly to the desktop.

Step 3: Arm Assembly

10. Place the Lower Arms (A) onto the Base (C) and the Upper Arms
    (B) onto the Lower Arms (A).

11. Tighten the set screws using the flathead end on the 4mm Allen
    Wrench (T-A).

Step 4: VESA Plate Installation

12. Attach the VESA Plates (D) to the Upper Arms (B) using the
    M8x30mm Screws (S-C) and the 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

Step 5: Monitor Installation

13. Install two Screws (M-A or M-B) and M5 Washers (M-C) to the top
    VESA holes on the monitor using the Phillips end on the 5mm Allen
    Wrench (T-B). Leave at least 3mm of clearance between the screw and
    the monitor.

14. Slide the monitor onto the VESA Plate (D), making sure the
    screws sit within the slots.

Step 6: Secure Monitor

15. Tighten the top two screws and install the remaining Screws
    (M-A or M-B) and 5mm Washers (M-C) using the Phillips end on the
    5mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

Step 7: Cable Management

16. Remove the bottom plastic covers from the Lower Arm (A) using
    the Phillips end of the 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

17. Slide plastic covers off of the Upper Arms (B).

18. Run cables from the monitors through the bottom of the Upper
    Arms (A) and Lower Arms (B).

19. Reattach the plastic covers.

Clamp Installation Remove plastic shroud from Base (C). Adjust the knob completely down on Lower Clamp (F).

STEP 1 (Option B)
Grommet Installation Mark two drilling locations 2″ (51mm) apart in desired location. Drill grommet holes using a ” (10mm) drill bit drilling completely through the desktop. Disassemble Lower Clamp (F) using the Phillips end on 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B). Place Grommet Plate (G) on Knobs (F1,H) and secure assembly to the desktop.

Place Lower Arms (A) onto Base (C) and Upper Arms (B) onto Lower Arms (A). Tighten set screws using the flathead end on 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

Attach VESA Plates (D) to Upper Arms (B) using M8x30mm Screws (S-C) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B). T-B

STEP 4
Install two Screws (M-A or M-B) and M5 Washers (M-C) using the Phillips end on 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B) to the top VESA holes on the monitor leaving at least 3mm of clearance between the screw and monitor. Slide the monitor onto VESA Plate (D) making sure the screws sit within the slots.

STEP 5
Tighten the top two screws and install the remaining Screws (M-A or M-B) and 5mm Washers (M-C) using the Phillips end on 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

Remove bottom plastic covers from Lower Arm (A) using the Phillips end of 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B). Slide plasic covers off of Upper Arms (B). Run cables from monitors through bottom of Upper Arms (A) and Lower Arms (B), then reattach plastic covers.

Adjust monitor tilt support using 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B) as shown. Adjust monitor position as desired.
