FoMaKo 43002016 PTZ Camera HDMI 20x Optical Zoom 3G SDI IP Live Streaming

Dear Friend, Thanks for ordering FoMaKo cameras. To set up your streaming system more easily, please read this quick start instruction first. Video Out Methods:

  1. HDMI video output

  2. HDMI port to HDMI TV/monitor, to preview video and change camera setting by pressing “menu” on the remote control

  3. HDMI port to HDMI video switch/mixer

  4. Use HDMI to USB video capture card converting HDMI signal to USB signal, then, you can use this camera as a normal USB camera

  5. 3G-SDI Video output: 3G-SDI video out is similar to HDMI, the only difference is your device should support SDI. (3) LAN Video output: Before using “LAN Video Out”, we should add the camera to your network. (This camera comes with the newest firmware with DHCP enabled, network settings are much easier than cameras.) How to find out the camera’s IP:
    Method One:

    • Step 1: Camera LAN port -> Network Cable- > Router/switch (which your PC is connected to)

    • Step 2: Download the FoMaKo Camera IP Scanner tool and run it:
      www.fomako.net/download/ip_search.exe ,

    • Step 3: Click “search”, you can see the camera’s IPFoMaKo-43002016-PTZ-Camera-HDMI-20x-Optical-Zoom-3G-SDI-IP-Live-Streaming-Camera-fig-1
      Method Two:

    • Step 1: Camera HDMI port ->HDMI Cable->TV/monitor-> Camera’s video comes out on your screen

    • Step 2: Camera LAN port -> Network Cable- > Router/switch (which your PC is connected to)

    • Step 3 : Go to the camera’s menu by pressing the “menu” button on the remote control -> Network-> IP Addr. you can see the camera’s IP address which is assigned by your router. Please check the picture, this camera’s IP is 192.168.0.100FoMaKo-43002016-PTZ-Camera-HDMI-20x-Optical-Zoom-3G-SDI-IP-Live-Streaming-Camera-fig-2

    • Step 4: Turn “DHCP” to “OFF” , “whether to reset”: YES, Press the “Home” button on the remote control, and the camera will reboot. (Important: turn off DHCP, the camera will keep the current IP address, or when the camera reboots, the IP address will be changed.)

    • Step 5: Now, you can log in to the camera’s webpage by camera’s IP address: 192.168.0.100: we recommend using Google Chrome. username: admin password: admin

Add Camera to IP PTZ Controller

Some information you need:

  • User Name: admin Password: admin IP Visca port: 5678 Sony Visca port: 52381 Onvif Port: 2000 We recommend using IP Visca or Sony Visca control protocol, the two protocols are more steady and work better too.

Let’s use the FoMaKo KC-608 IP controller for example:

  1. Enable the controller’s DHCP: Setup button ->IP: Dhcp -> enter, controller will reboot. Then, the router will assign an IP address to the controller
  2. Setup – >Add: IP Visca (or Sony Visca) -> input your camera’s IP ->input port:5678 (sony visca:52381) ->input camera control ID(1-255 numbers)
  3. If you have more than one camera that needs to be added to the controller, please press the “IP” button to add the camera’s IP address to the controller one by one.
