  2. We recommend you only use this steamer as described in this manual. Other uses could result in injuries.
  3. This device is not a toy. Please pay close attention when using near children, pets, or plants.
  4. The steam produced by the steamer is HOT. Burn and other injuries may occur if you’re not careful. Never point the steam nozzle at people of pets.
  5. To avoid any risk of electric shock, do not immerse the steamer and plug in water, or spray any liquid on it.
  6. Do not leave the unit unattended while it is in operation
  7. Always allow the steamer to cool down completely before refilling with water, cleaning, or storing.
  8. Always unplug the device when filling up or emptying the water tank. Make sure you also keep the steamer disconnected when empty or not in use.
  9. No detergent or chemicals can be added in the reservoir as it can cause damage. Please only use water. (both tap and distilled are fine to use)
  10. The steam nozzle become hot during use. Do not touch or attempt to add or remove the brush when the steamer is on.
  11. When the water in the reservoir runs out, you will notice that the pump is still working and it is normal. Please switch off and unplug the device.
  12. To avoid any electrical risk, unplug the unit from power outlet when not in use, and before cleaning. If the supply cord is damaged, stop using the device immediately.

Caution & Tips

  1. The ON/OFF switch regulates the steam output only, and not the device itself. Once plugged, the device is turned ON. To turn the device OFF, make sure to unplug the steamer completely.
  2. Only use the ON/OFF switch button when you are actively using the steamer, and you wish to pause the steam coming out to save water.
  3. The water reservoir release knob is a fragile part of the device. Follow the instructions carefully when removing and inserting the reservoir. (See page 6)
  4. If the device is turned on but does not produce steam, or steam pressure is unusually low, try pushing harder on the bottom part of the reservoir when you insert it in the steamer, which will open the connecting valve.

Potential issues and quick fixes

If there is no steam coming out
The valve between the water tank and the pump can sometimes get too tight, preventing water from entering the device and producing steam.

Here’s what you can easily fix the issue:

  • Unplug the device
  • Remove the water tank and blow in the valve, on the steamer side and on the water tank side (the valve is the tiny silicone hole located at the bottom of the device)
  • Fill up the water tank and put it back in the device by applying a gentle push when inserting the bottom of the reservoir.
  • When placing the reservoir, insert the top first, and then bottom (by pushing hard it might help dilate the valve if this is the issue)
  • If the valve is very tight, you might need to repeat the operation a few times for it to open up.

Removing limescale
Limescale deposits can cause lower power and performance issues.

Here’s how you can remove limescale from your steamer:

  • Fill the water tank with 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 distilled water.
  • Run the steamer until half the mixture has steamed. (Place the steamer facing an open window)
  • Unplug and allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
  • Empty out the remaining mixture.
  • Rinse and repeat… as many times as necessary until steam returns to normal (could be 2-3 times).
  • Run a cycle of fresh, cold water through the steamer before using it on your fabrics.
