Product Usage Instructions

1. Before using the product for the first time, remove all packaging and promotional materials.
2. Take the filter cartridge out of the packaging and soak it in cold water for 15 minutes, making sure it is fully submerged. Repeat this process two more times to activate the filter cartridge and remove any loose charcoal particles.
3. Place the filter cartridge inside the jug.
4. Fill the jug with tap water or other suitable water source, making sure not to exceed the maximum capacity.
5. Close the lid tightly.
6. Allow the water to filter through the cartridge by pouring it out of the spout. Discard the first batch of filtered water.
7. Your water is now ready to be consumed.
8. Remember to replace the filter cartridge periodically. Each filter can filter 160 liters of water, which is approximately:

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT. KEEP THIS MANUAL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.

• Do not allow children or unauthorized persons to handle the product. Keep it out of their reach.

• Take extra care when using the product around children.

• Do not use the product as a toy.

• The packaging contains small parts that may be dangerous for children. Keep the product out of the reach of children. Bags and their parts pose a choking hazard.

• Do not use accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer.

• Keep the product well away from heat sources such as radiators, ovens and other heat-generating devices. Do not expose it to direct sunlight.

• The product is suitable for household use only and is not intended for commercial use.

• Do not repair the product yourself. Contact an authorized service centre.

• This product may be used by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge only under supervision or after they have been instructed in the safe use of the product and understand the risks involved. Do not let children play with the product.

• Do not use the product in any way other than as described in these instructions.

• Remove all packaging and advertising materials before using the product for the first time.

• Only place the product on a stable surface well away from heat sources.

• Do not place any objects on top of the product.

• Be careful not to drop the product and do not subject it to large impacts.

• The product is covered by a two-year warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover damage caused by abnormal use, mechanical damage, exposure to extreme conditions or acting contrary to the recommendations in the instructions, as well as damage due to normal wear and tear.

• Neither the manufacturer, the importer nor the dealer accepts liability for any damage caused by incorrect assembly or use of the product.

• Make sure that each person using this product has read this manual. Improper use and failure to follow safety instructions may result in malfunction, injury or damage to property and life.
  Do not use the product for purposes other than those described in this manual.

• Make sure the product is placed on a flat, level and safe surface.

• Do not pour carbonated beverages, milk, coffee, tea or other liquids into the jug when it contains a filter. Doing so may reduce or completely eliminate the effect of the filter cartridge.

• Do not microwave or heat on the stove.

• Please store in a cool and dry place.

• Regarding people with heart problems, allergies and stomach problems, and water for infants, please consult your doctor beforehand.

• If unusual symptoms or signs of severe detoxification occur, stop using it and consult your physician.

TIP: Don‘t forget to change the filter cartridges in time. One filter filters 160 l of water, which is roughly equivalent to:

• 1 user: 80 days
• 2 users: 60 days
• 3 users: 40 days
• 4 users: 30 days

Getting to know the product

Use

1. Wash the body of the jug and the unfiltered water container in the dishwasher or by hand using normal dishwashing detergent.
   If the lid is not dishwasher safe, clean it with a damp cloth or the soft side of a dish sponge.

2. Remove the filter cartridge from its packaging and soak it in cold water for 15 minutes, shaking it gently to release air bubbles.
   Then press it firmly into the bottom of the unfiltered water container.

3. Place the container in a jug and fill it with cold water.

4. Wait until all the contents have been filtered but do not drink the filtered water (for example, it is suitable for watering flowers). Repeat this process twice more, this will activate the filter cartridge and flush out any loose carbon particles. The fourth filtered jug is suitable for human consumption.

5. When filling the tank with unfiltered water, make sure that the opening in the filter is not directly under the water flow.

6. Clean the jug regularly, and remove the filter when washing it.

7. To prolong the life of the filter cartridge, it is important that it is constantly immersed in water, so keep an eye on the water level in the jug and refill it continuously.

Replacing the filter cartridge

1. Remove the old filter cartridge from the bottom of the container and discard it.
2. Wash the jug and the container thoroughly.
3. Insert a new filter following the same procedure as described in chapter „Use“, points 1–4.
4. Keep replacement filters in their original packaging until use and store in a cool, dry place.

Warranty period

The warranty period for the products is 24 months unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover damage caused by non-standard use, mechanical damage, exposure to harsh conditions, or handling contrary to manual and normal wear and tear.
