Safety instructions for the user
General precautions during the use of electrical equipment
- Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
- Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.
- Always place the appliance on to the flat and even surface.
- This product is intended for indoor, nonindustrial, non-commercial and only for household use. Do not use the item outdoors or for any other purpose. Misuse or improper handling may cause problems in the appliance and cause injury to the user.
- The unit must be used only for the intended purposes. No liability is accepted for damages arising from improper use or wrong handling.
- Ensure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance.
- Always remove the plug from the power socket when the appliance is not in use. Do not leave the appliance unattended when switched on.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is being used by or near children.
- Before cleaning or storing your appliance, always unplug the appliance from the power supply and let it cool down.
- The device is not completely disconnected from the power source, even after it has been turned off. To disconnect it completely, disconnect it from the mains plug.
- The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

- Do not let the appliance operate unattended.
- Do not place or operate this appliance near water sources.

- Do not leave the power cord hanging from sharp edges and keep away from hot objects and flames. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
- Neither immerse the housing, which contains electrical components and the heating elements in water, nor rinse it under the tap.
- Never use accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer.
- The use of accessories not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or injury the persons.
- When you want to remove the plug from the wall contact, please do this at the plug itself and not by pulling on the cable or the appliance itself.
- To avoid electric shock, make sure your hands are dry before plugging or unplugging.
- Do not use the device with wet hands, on damp floors or when the atmosphere is humid, there is a risk of electric shock.
- While using the appliance, make sure that the power cord must not be caught or crushed.
- Do not let the motor unit, cord or plug get wet to protect against risk of electric shock.
Product use restrictions due to poor condition or breakdown
- Never immerse the appliance or the plugin water or any other liquid. In the event of the appliance falling in water, disconnect immediately from the mains supply and take it to an authorized service agent for repair before reusing.
- Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the floor, if there are visible signs of damage or if it has a leak.
- Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged. In case of the cord be damaged, it must be replaced only by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid Hazard
- In case of appliance malfunction, or if it has been damaged in any manner, return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
- In case of hardware problems, do not attempt to repair the product yourself. Repairs should only be carried out by qualified technicians
Restrictions on use when used with children and elders
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Do not allow the children to use the appliance without supervision.
- Children under 3 year of age should be kept away from the appliance unless they are under constant supervision.
- Children from 3 to 8 years of age are allowed to operate the on/off button ONLY, provide that the appliance is installed and ready for operation and such children have been supervised and instructed in safe operation of the appliance and they understand all related risks.

MUST NOT: connect the plug to power sockets,make adjustment, clean it or carry out user maintenance operations.
IMPORTANT WARNING
- To avoid a circuit overload when using this product, do not operate another highwattage product on the same electrical circuit.
- A short power supply cord is provided with this product. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:
- The marked electrical rating of the cord must be at least as great as that of the product.
- Arrange the extension cord so that it does not hang where it can be tripped over or pulled unintentionally.
Instructions to follow when using HEATERS

Do not leave your home, while the appliance is turned on: assure that the switch is in position OFF(0)(Turned-off and the thermostat switch is in position-minimum. Always disconnect the plug of the device from the socket.
WARNING: Keep inflammable objects as furniture, cushions, bedding, paper, clothes, curtains etc. at a distance of minimum 100cm away from the fan heater.

Do not insert or allow any objects to get into the ventilation openings(inlets and outlets),because that can cause break-down of the appliance or any other damages.

The appliance is not suitable for animal breeding and is intended and is intended only for domestic use!

Keep the air inlet and outlet free from any objects: you should keep a clear distance of at least 1m in front and 50cm behind the heater. Do not allow any objects to get into in the air inlet or outlet because that can cause electrical shock, fire o damage of th heating element.

The most common reason for over-heating is the accumulation of dust and dirt in the appliance. You should clean regularly ventilation openings with a vacuum cleaner. Before cleaning you must disconnect the appliance from the mains. Keep the fan heater always clean.

Warning! Do not touch hot surface. The air outlet gets hot when the appliance is operating (more than 80 degree Celsius)

Do not cover the appliance. If the appliance is covered there is danger or overheating.

The electric system to which the appliance is connected must be provided with automatic safety fuse. The distance between the sockets and the appliance (in turned-off state) must be at least 30mm.

Grounding is forbidden! After unpacking and before use, you must check if the mechanical parts and their gear are in a good state. If you have any doubts you should not use the appliance and search advice from a qualified electrician

In order to avoid any overheating of the electric cord it is recommended to unreel the whole electric cord, incase appliance is covered or incorrectly positioned there is a danger of fire.

Place the electric cord in such a way that it does not hamper the movement of people and not to be stepped on! You must use approved connection blocks, which are suitable for the appliance, i.e. there is a sign of compliance.

The electric cord must not be in touch with the hot parts of the appliance.

You must never move the appliance by pulling it by its electric cord. You must never use the electric cord for moving of other objects.

Do not reel the electric cord round the appliance!

Do not use the appliance with its electric cord reeled-this is also valid if a cabledrum is used.

CAUTION: Some of the appliance parts may get very hot during operation and this cause burns to users. In case there are children and vulnerable people in the room, special attention should be paid.

Do not use the fan heater for laundry drying.

The appliance must be placed so that its control switches are not in the hand-range of persons using bath or shower.

Do not use the appliance in rooms smaller than 4 square meters.

The heater must not be located immediately below an electrical socket outlet.

Do not run cord under carpeting and do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or the like. Arrange cord away from traffic area a where it will not be tripped over.

CAUTION: Avoid the use of an extension cord as this may overheat and cause a risk of fire, but if one must be used the marked electrical rating of the cord must be at least as great as that of the product

WARNING: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature.

CAUTION: Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.

There may be trace of odour during the first few minutes of initial use. This is normal and will quickly disappear.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
OPERATION
NOTE: It is normal that when the heaters are switched on for the first time or when they are switched on after not having been used for a long period of time the heaters may emit some odour and fumes. This smell will disappear when the heater has been on for a short time.
Choose a suitable place for the heater, taking into account the safety instructions mentioned above. Insert the plug of the heater into a suitable socket. Turn the thermostat knob fully clockwise to the maximum position.
Turn on the heating elements using the switches on the side panel as required.
For maximum heat output, both switches must be on.
Heater can be run with 2 heating powers: I for 750W and II for 1500W power.
Indicator light will turn on while functioning of heater.
Turn the Thermostat knob en clockwise direction to Increase the temperature
and anticlockwise to decrease the temperature.
Thermostat Function: Once the desired room temperature is reached, slowly turn the thermostat knob counterclockwise until the thermostat clicks off. From then on, the heater will maintain the room air temperature at the set temperature by automatically switching on and off.
OVERHEATING PROTECTION
- An additional safety thermostat protects the heater against overheating and switches it off automatically. After a short cooling phase (approx. 15 minutes), the heater is ready for operation again.
- If this happens again, first check whether the thermostat switch is set correctly or whether there are objects obstructing the heating operation.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Switch off and unplug from the power supply before cleaning.
- Using a soft, moist cloth, with or without a mild soap solution, carefully clean the exterior surface of the product.
- CAUTION: Allow the product to completely cool before handling or cleaning it.
- Do not allow water or other liquids to run into the interior of the product, as this could create a fire and/or electrical hazard.
- We also recommend the periodic cleaning of this appliance by lightly running a vacuum cleaner nozzle over the guards to remove any dust or dirt that may have accumulated inside or on the unit.
- CAUTION: Do not use harsh detergents, chemical cleaners or solvents as they may damage the surface finish of the plastic components.
WARNING: It is not enough to turn off the device with the on / off button. Always unplug it from the socket before cleaning or moving.
