Wings Sonic Neckband User Manual

Introduction

Welcome to the Wings Wireless Generation with the all-new Wings Sonic Bluetooth 5.0. We hope you are as excited as us to feel and flaunt your latest sound wear.

But before you dive right in, we strongly recommend going through this user manual thoroughly as it contains important technical information to ensure you have a seamless audio experience with us. Once you are done reading the manual, we are sure you will be all set to.

How To Pair

Step 1: Long press the multifunction button for 3 seconds until the light starts to flash red and blue alternatively. This means the earphones have entered pairing mode.

Step 2: Switch on the Bluetooth on your mobile phone (or other device that needs to be connected). The earphone paring name “Wings Sonic” will be shown on your phone.

Step 3: Select “Wings Sonic” and the earphone will automatically connect with your mobile phone. The light on the earphone will flash blue which means that the earphones are connected.

Step 4: The next time you switch on the earphones, they will automatically connect with your mobile.

Note: If the earphones remain in pairing mode for 120 seconds without being paired with any mobile device, then the earphones will automatically switch off. Please retry steps 1 to 4 to pair again.

Charging Function

1. Charging the Earbud: Before connecting Type-C charger, make sure the headset has been switched off.

2. Charging Cable: Plug USB cable into Type-C charging port of earphone. Plug the other end of USB cable into the USB charger. Charging will start and the red light will get lit on the earphone.

3. Charging Time: Charging time of earphone takes approximately up to 40 minutes, and the red light will turn off after charging completes.

Note: Please do not use more than 5V charging adapter to charge the earphones as higher voltage can destroy the battery and cause heating.

Call Control

Answer Incoming Call: When there is an incoming call, the earphone will have a voice prompt, press the multifunction button once to answer the call, or use your mobile phone to answer it.

Reject A Call: When there is an incoming call, the earphone will have a voice prompt, press the multifunction button twice to reject the call, or use your mobile phone to reject the call.

Hang up a call: Press the multifunction button once or use your mobile to hang up your call.

Last call redialing: While in connected mode, double click the multifunction button which will redial the last dialed number.

Safety And Maintenance

Please read below suggestions in order to helping prolong the product lifespan and clearly understand the warranty clauses:

Keep the product dry, do not put it in humid conditions to avoid short circuit.
Do not expose it to the peak sun or high heat for extended period of time as this will short lifespan of electronic components, damage battery and deform some plastic parts.
Do not put it in cold circumstance to avoid damage to PCB board.
Do not attempt to dismantle the product, as it may be unsafe especially for non-professionals.
Do not use chemical products, detergent, oily liquids to clean the item.
Do not scratch the surface with sharp items to avoid damaging the case and appearance.
Do not charge the case for more than 5 hours to avoid loss in battery life.
Avoid hearing music at maximum volume for long periods of time as this can affect your hearing and is not advisable.
