Wings Elevate Neckband User Manual

Introduction

Welcome to the Wings Wireless Generation with the all new Wings Elevate Bluetooth 5.0. We hope you are as excited as us to feel and flaunt your latest soundwear.

But before you dive right in, we strongly recommend going through this user manual thoroughly as it contains important technical information to ensure you have a seamless audio experience with us once you are done reading the manual, we are sure you will be all set to

How To Pair

Step 1: Press and hold the multifunctional button for 3 seconds until the LED starts flashing red and blue to indicate it has entered pairing mode.

Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth on your mobile and pair with device name “Wings Elevate”.

Step 3: Congratulations! You are now connected and can start playing media.

Note: The LED light will slowly flash only blue to indicate it is currently connected to a device.

Note: To Power off press and hold the MFB for3 seconds until it flashes red once and then powers off.

Dual Pairing: These earphones comes with dual pairing option so you can cannect to your laptop and mobile at the same time and seamlessly switch between the 2 for music and/or call.

Music Control

Play/Pause: Single click the multifunctional button to play or pause music.

Adjusting Volume: Single click the ‘+’ button to increase volume. Single click the ‘-‘ button to decrease volume.

Changing Songs: Long press the button to go to next song. Long press the ‘-‘ button to go to previous song.

Siri/Google Assistant: Press and hold the multifun–ctional button for 1 seconds and then release to activate Google assistant/Siri on your mobile.

Call Controls

Answer Incoming Call: Single click the multifunctional button to answer incoming call.

Reject Incoming Call: Long press the multifunctional button for 1 second to reject incoming call.

Hang up after call: Single click the multifunctional button to end an active call.

Charging Function

Charging the Earbuds: Plug in the USB cable into the charging port to charge the earphones. LED light will stay red to indicate it’s charging. Once fully charged, the LED light will turn blue. Please take out from charging and start using the earphones now.

Low Battery Warning: When the battery level on the earbuds is low, you will hear a sound prompt. Please put the earphones for charging immediately.

Fast Charging Battery: These earphones comes with a fast charging battery. Within 20 minutes, they get charged upto 70% and can give upto 6 hour playtime.

Note: Please do not use more than 5V output plug points to charge as it can cause damage to the case and will affect battery life.

Safety And Maintenance

Please read below suggestions in order to helping prolong the product lifespan and clearly understand the warranty clauses.

Keep the product dry, do not put it in humid conditions to avoid short circuit.
Do not expose it to the peak sun or high heat for extended period of time as this will short lifespan of electronic components, damage battery and deform some plastic parts.
Do not put it in cold circumstance to avoid damage to PCB board.
Do not attempt to dismantle the product, as it maybe unsafe especially non-professionals.
Do not use chemical products, detergent, oily liquids to clean the item.
Do not scratch the surface with sharp items to avoid damaging the case and appearance.
Do not charge the case for more then 5 hours to avoid loss in battery life.
Avoid hearing music at maximum volume for long periods of time as this can affect your hearing and is not advisable.

Note: Any damage to the product that is not manufa-cturing defect will lead to warranty being rendered null and void. Therefore, please take utmost care of your product.
