**

Quick Start Guide

  1. Download ‘MOMAX Smart’ APP
    Download “MOMAX Smart” from iOS App Store, Android Google  Play Store or other platforms. Then, enable the Bluetooth function on your phone.

  2. Register
    Register an account and log in using your mobile number or email address.

  3. Wireless Pairing
    Click “+”, then tap “MOMAX IoT Medium Space Heater” to add device.
    Please turn on the power switch on the back of the machine, then press the power button to turn on the machine. Hold the Timer button until the Wi-Fi indicator light is fast blinking. Tap “Confirm indicator rapidly blink”. Then, tap ‘Next’ to proceed.

    • This product cannot be paired directly through the Bluetooth list of the mobile
      phone.

    • The pairing process may take 2 minutes, please do not perform other operation.

  4. Successfully connected
    Once the connection is completed, you can edit the name of the Heater.

Button Function
Power
  • In the standby state, touch this button for the first time, the appliance turned on and run in natural wind mode with the letter “FA” displayed on screen. Touch this button for the second time can switch the appliance to warm wind mode, and the screen will display the letter “LO”. Touch it for the third time can switch the appliance to hot wind mode, and the screen will display the letter “H1”. Touch the button again will make the appliance switch back to natural wind mode. The buzzer will sound once you touch the switch. After no operation for 5s, the screen will display the current temperature.
  • In the condition of working, touch the switch for 3s, the appliance will enter standby state.

Timer|

  • In the condition of working, touch the button to set the timer among the circulation of 1H-2H4H-8H- accordingly. While setting the timer, the corresponding indicator will light up except the continuous working mode. The buzzer will ring every time touching the timer button. The button can also work as a networking button. Press and hold the button for about 5s to set or reset the network.

  • Temperature range: 15°C~35°C
  • In the condition of working, touch the button for the first time, the temperature will set to 35°C. Touch the button again, it will set the temperature to 15°C. After that, touch this button once and the temperature will rise by 1°C each time, and the buzzer will sound once. After no operation for 5s, the screen will display current temperature. When the detected temperature is lower than 0°C or higher than 50°C, the screen will show“–”. (Notice: If the temperature has not been set, the appliance does not perform energy-saving mode and does not carry out temperature control.)

Swing / Child Lock|

  • In the condition of working, touch the button and the appliance will swing from left to right. Touching the button again can stop swinging. The buzzer will ring every time touching the swing button. Press and hold the button for 3s to enter to the child lock mode with the buzzer ringing once (the other buttons will be disabled at this mode). Press and hold the button for 3s to cancel the child lock with the buzzer ring once. (Notice: The child lock will be cancel automatically when unplugged.)

Safety Features

Tip-over protection:

  • When the unit is overturned the power will be cut of and the heating components fans and head shaking will be turned off. The unit will beep for 1 minute and then enter the standby state.

Thermal overload protection:

  • After turning on the warm wind or hot wind mode long press the power button to shut down the heating component will be shut down first. The fan will be turned off after one minute. All the light in the panel will blink for one minute and enter the standby state.

Shut down protection:

  • When the unit runs continuously for 24 hours, it will shuts down automatically and enter to the standby state.
  • For safety reason, the product will turn on cooling for 60 seconds before shut off.

Maintenance

Ensure the machine is unplugged before maintenance.

Cleaning:

  1. Turn off and unplug the machine. Wait for the heating component to cool down.
  2. Clean the dust or debris of the air inlet/outlet. Use a lightly moistened soft cloth with neutral cleanser to clean the surface of the unit.
  3. Take the dustproof filter out from the back and clean it.
    Warning: When wiping the air outlet, prevent water to get inside the machine.

Storage:

  1. Turn off the unit, unplug cool it down and arrange and bind the power cord.
  2. Please use a soft cloth with neutral cleanser to clean away any dust or debris from the shell of the unit.
  3. when the unit is completely dried out put on the dust cover bag and place it in a cool and well ventilated place.
  4. If the unit is not used for a long time it should be operated for several minutes from time to time to a good performance of the unit.

Troubleshooting

Situation Reason
No working
  • Is the plug into the power socket? Is there a power outage?
  • Is the home leakage switch or fuse cut off?
  • Is the power button turning on?
  • Is any angle of body over 60 degrees?

Stop suddenly during heating|

  • ls the socket contact not bright and the plug knocked off?
  • Is the air inlet /outlet are blocked or not enough air.
  • Volume, casing the temperature inside the unit exceed the thermostat protection.
  • ls there insufficient supply of electrical circuits in your home?

Notice:

When the above faults cannot be eliminated and it is confirmed that maintenance is required, please contact the supplier or customer service center.

Please do not disassemble the machine for maintenance without  authorization.

Warnings

Points for attention
Before using, please read this user manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

  1. To avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.

  2. Do not block the air inlet and outlet, keep a distance of more than 30cm from the wall or obstacles.

  3. Clean the filter regularly to avoid insufficient air intake to overheat the internal temperature.

  4. Do not let water or other liquids or flammable cleaning agents enter the product to avoid electric shock or fire.

  5. Do not spray insecticide, perfume or other flammable sprays around the product.

  6. Before connecting the product to the power supply, please check whether the voltage marked on the bottom of the product matches the local voltage.

  7. Please check whether the power cord and plug are broken or damaged before use. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent a similarly qualified person in order to avoid danger.

  8. Do not use this product on an unstable or inclined place to avoid accidents such as injury or firer caused by product dumping. It must be placed and used on a stable, flat and level surface.

  9. The product is forbidden to be sprayed with water or liquid to avoid dangers such as short circuit and electric shock.

  10. Do not use this product in high temperature, humidity or volatile places.

  11. Do not use this product around the bathtub or swimming pool.

  12. Do not place flammable or explosive materials around the product. It is forbidden to use in dusty places to avoid accidents.

  13. Do not place the product under the air conditioner.

  14. Do not insert fingers or objects into the air outlet or inlet to prevent physical damage or malfunction of the product.

  15. 15. This product is strictly prohibited to be used in a flammable and explosive environment. The environment for using this product  should not be over 30°C, and there should be at least 1 meter away from combustibles to prevent fire.

  16. The fire protection cover of this heater is used to prevent direct contact with heating elements. When the heater is working, the fire protection cover must be installed in place.

  17. When using the product, do not touch the metal cover of the air outlet or put your hands close to the air outlet to avoid burns.

  18. Before cleaning the product or performing other maintenance, be sure to unplug the product.

  19. If you need to move the product, please disconnect the power supply of the product first, and do not move the product by pulling the power cord.

  20. For safety reason, the product will turn on cooling for 60 seconds
    before shut off.

  21. Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.

  22. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance

Warranty Conditions

  1. For any defect, in the judgment of our technician, caused under normal use, we are responsible for repairing free of charge 12 months commencing from the date of purchase at the discretion of our company;
  2. A valid warranty card and original purchase invoice must be presented upon request of warranty service;
  3. This warranty card shall not apply to the product if:
  4. (a) It is consumable part(s), such as Filter, or;
  5. (b) it has explicitly modified or repaired in any way by persons other than technicians of this company, or;
