Introduction

IoT IP Camera Doorbell (SL3S)
This is a IoT IP camera that helps make your place safe whether you are home or not. This camera carrying instant motion detection alert is designed for your safety, and can easily installed at home or office.

Quick Start Guide

1. Download the ‘MOMAX Smart’ APP
   Download “MOMAX Smart” from iOS App Store, Android Google Play Store or other platforms.

2. Register
   Register an account and log in using your mobile number or email address.

3. Wireless Pairing
   Click “+”, then tap “MOMAX Smart IP Camera Doorbell” to add device. Power on the device until you hear a prompt or the indicator is flashing, tap “Confirm the indicator is flashing or a prompt tone is heard”. Then, tap ‘Next’ to proceed. Scan the QR code from 15 to 20 cm away until you hear a prompt, tap “I Heard a Prompt” to proceed.

4. This product cannot be paired directly through the Bluetooth list of the mobile phone.

5. The pairing process may take 2 minutes, please do not perform other operation.

6. Successfully connected
   Once the connection is completed, you can edit the name of the IP Camera.

Installation

Mode 1 : Battery supply

1. Fix the bracket to the wall with the mounting screws.
2. Install the camera in the bracket and lock it with the screw.

Mode 2 : AC supply (optional)

1. Prepare the accessories which are needed in AC supply.
2. Connect the bracket with the AC supply.
3. Install the camera in the bracket and lock it with the screw.

Warning
AC supply mode should be installed by a qualified electrician. If the connection or repairing is done improperly, it may cause electric leakage, malfunction or other hazards.

Function

Full-duplex Audio
When the visitor presses the doorbell button, you will get a call. You can see and hear the visitor in MOMAX Smart APP from the doorbel if you answe.

Motion Detection:
Built-in motion sensors detect movement, and the doorbell will send you a push notification and app alert.

Shared device:
The doorbell device can be shared with friends and family. They can also preview online. There is no limit to the number of sharing devices, but only6 accounts are supported for online preview at the same time.

Record:
Support 24H continuous recording with high capacity SD storage or Cloud storage. (Requires in-app setting)

Wireless Ring Chime (Optional):

• Connect the Wireless ring chime to a USB port, then go to Setting in Device page, find Bell Settings and change the Chime Type to Digital.
• Short press the reset button at the back of the Chime.
• Press Bell Settings and then press the bind button.
• You can set the ringtone or the volumefor the Chime in this setting page.

Warnings

Points for attention
Before using, please read this user manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

1. The operating temperature range for this camera is between -20°C and 50°C. Do not use the camera in environments with temperatures above or below the specific range.
2. Make sure the camera is installed in an area with a strong Wi-Fi signal.
3. Do not place the camera near the objects that may affect its Wi-Fi signal, such as microwave ovens.
4. Under normal use of conditions, this equipment should be kept a separation distance of at least 20 cm between the camera and the body of the user.
5. AC supply mode should be installed by a qualified electrician. If the connection or repairing is done improperly, it may cause electric leakage, malfunction or other hazards.
6. The device can only unbind by manually removing it in the APP. Pressing the reset button on the device will not unbind it to the account.

Service Agreement of

Please reference Mobile Apps content: Before accepting the Agreement, you are supposed to thoroughly read all the contents of the Agreement, and fully understand its terms, especially restrictive clauses or exceptions and Privacy Notice. Restrictive clauses or exceptions are bold or highlighted in other forms to catch your attention. Disposal of Electronic Products

3. MOMAX encourages you to participate in the electronic recycling program.

Warranty Conditions

1. For any defect, in the judgment of our technician, caused under normal use, we are responsible for repairing free of charge 12 months commencing from the date of purchase at the discretion of our company;
2. A valid warranty card and original purchase invoice must be presented upon request of warranty service;
3. This warranty card shall not apply to the product if:
4. It is consumable part(s), such as Filter, or;
5. it has explicitly modified or repaired in any way by persons other than technicians of this company, or;
6. it has been damaged through misuse, malicious acts, negligence, the inflow of any liquid, or;
7. losses or damages are caused by force majeure or natural disasters.
8. No alteration to this warranty card will be allowed;
9. The warranty terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice;
