Read all safety precautions and instructions. Disobeying the warning and
instructions might lead to electric shocks, fire, and/or severe injuries. Keep
all warnings and instructions for future reference.
Warning!
- This device can be used by children from 8 years on as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory, and mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are supervised or have been instructed concerning the proper and safe use of the device and are able to understand the risks connected to it.
- Children must not play with the device. Children may only clean and maintain the device if they are supervised.
- Children under 3 years must be kept away from the device, unless they are supervised continuously.
- Children aged between 3 and 7 years may only switch the device on and off if it has been placed or installed in a normal operation position and if they are supervised or have been instructed concerning the safe use of the device and are able to understand the risks connected to it.
- Do not use the device in small rooms with persons present who are not able to leave the room on their own and are not supervised continuously.
- Certain components of the device can become very hot and cause burns. Pay special attention in case children or needy persons are present.
- It is dangerous to install the device near curtains and other flammable materials. To avoid burns, the following persons should be very careful when using the device: babies and children, persons with sensitive skin, old persons, sick persons, persons being under the influence of alcohol or medicine.
- Remove the protective film (on the front part) before use.
- Make sure that the input voltage is comprised between 220–240 V, 50 Hz and that the power supply is made according to the regulations. Make sure that the left wire is zero and the right one life and that the device is well earthed.
- The devices consume more energy than small electric devices; therefore, a separate 10 A+ socket is required.
- Do not operate this device in areas exposed to explosion hazards.
- Install the device in an upright and stable position.
- Let the device dry off after cleaning it with a damp material. Do not operate it as long as it is wet.
- Do not use the device with your hands being damp or wet.
- Do not expose the device to direct water splashes.
- Do not insert objects or parts of your body into the device.
- Do not cover the device nor transport it during operation.
- Do not sit on the device.
- This product is not a toy! Keep children and animals away. Do not leave the device unsupervised during its operation.
- Check all accessories and connection parts before every use to know if they are intact. Do not use the device if it has damaged parts.
- Make sure that all electric cables outside the device are protected against damages (e.g., caused by animals). Do not use the device if electric cables or the electric connection are damaged!
- The electric connection must meet the indications of the section “Technical data.”
- Only plug the mains plug into a socket that is correctly earthed.
- Do not use the device if the socket or cable are overcharged.
- When using an extension cable, keep in mind the power consumption of the device, the length of the cable, and the intended purpose. Completely unroll the extension cable and avoid electric overcharges.
- Before performing maintenance, care, or repair of the device, unplug the plug. Do not pull the power cable to unplug the plug from the power socket.
- Switch the device off and pull the plug out of the socket when the device is not in use.
- Never use the device if you detect damages to the plug or cable. If the cable is damaged, a qualified person must replace it to avoid any danger. Damaged cables cause serious risks.
- When installing the device, respect the minimum distances to the wall and other objects and the conditions of operation as stated in the “Technical data” section.
- Never drill into the heating panel.
- Do not use the device in direct proximity to curtains.
- Do not place the device on a flammable surface.
- During operation, do not touch the surface of the device to avoid burns.
- Before transporting and/or inspecting the device, wait for it to cool down.
- Do not use the device near bathtubs, showers, swimming pools, or water tanks. There is the risk of an electric shock!
- The device must be installed so that persons in a bathtub or under a shower cannot touch any switch of regulator.
- Heating panels installed to a wall must be at a height of more than 0.6 m.
- Heating panels installed to a ceiling must be at a height of more than 1.8 m.

Installation
Make sure to remove the protective film from the front.
- Bring the panel to the correct position and mark the holes of the frame. Drill four holes in a wall or ceiling using a 6-mm rotary drill. Make sure that the positions of the holes are correct.
- Plug the dowels into the holes.
- Stick the screws through the fixation holes of the front plate and screw them into the dowels.
- Cover the open holes with the rubber plugs.

Cleaning and maintenance
Actions to be taken before maintenance

- Do not touch the device with your hands being damp or wet.
- Hold the plug while pulling the cable out of the socket.
- Wait for the product to completely cool down.
Attention! Works that involve opening the device may exclusively be done
by an authorised specialist. Cleaning the device

- Never immerse the device into water!
- Clean the device with a soft, damp, and lint free cloth.
- Make sure that no humidity penetrates into the casing. Protect the electric components against humidity.
- Do not use aggressive detergents such as cleaning sprays, solvents, alcoholic detergents, or abrasive substances to dampen the cloth.
- After cleaning, wipe the device dry.
Storage
When not in used, the device must be stored under the following conditions:
- Store in a dry place away from frost and heat!
- Store in upright position and away from dust and direct sunlight! Store covered, if necessary, to avoid the dust penetrates into the device!
- Store without any other devices or objects standing on the device to avoid damages!

Regulations for waste disposal
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive,
2012/19/EU) of the EU was implemented in the German law related to electrical
and electronic equipment and appliances.
All WilTec electric devices that fall under the WEEE directive are labelled
with the symbol of a crossedout wheeled rubbish bin.
This symbol indicates that this electric device must not be disposed of with
the domestic waste. WilTec Technik GmbH is registered with the German
registration authority EAR (Stiftung ElektroAltgeräte Register) under the
WEEE-registration number DE45283704.
Disposal of used electricaland electronic devices (intended for use in the
countries of the European Union and other European countries with a separate
waste collection system for these devices). The symbol on the packaging or the
product itself indicates that this product must not be treated as normal
domestic waste but must bedisposed of at a recycling collection station for
electrical and electronic waste. By disposing of thisproduct correctly, you
