Product Usage Instructions

  1. Make sure to read and thoroughly understand all instructions provided in the user manual.
  2. Ensure that the ARM14 is compatible with your monitor’s size (17~49 inches) and weight (2~20 KG).
  3. Check the VESA mounting patterns on the back of your monitor to confirm compatibility with the ARM14 (100 X 100mm or 75 X 75mm).
  4. Securely attach the ARM14 to a stable surface, following the instructions provided in the user manual. Adjust the gas spring tension to achieve the desired height and position for your monitor.
  5. Ensure that the monitor is properly mounted onto the ARM14 using the VESA mounting holes.
  6. Once the monitor is securely attached, use the adjustable arms and joints to position the monitor at the desired angle and orientation.
  7. Double-check the stability and balance of the monitor arm after adjusting its position.
  8. Avoid any misuse, overuse, or other inappropriate actions that may cause damage to the ARM14 or the monitor.
  9. Do not disassemble, modify, or fix the ARM14. Any tampering will void the warranty.
  10. Keep the warranty mark/stickers intact to ensure warranty coverage.
  11. Keep the original sales receipt or invoice as proof of purchase for warranty eligibility.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:

  1. Product component defects or damages resulting from defective production are covered under warranty.
  2. Defects or damages will be fixed or replaced under warranty if the following conditions are met:
    • Usage in accordance with instructions provided in the user manual, with no misuse, overuse, or other inappropriate actions.
    • Damage not caused by natural disasters (thunder, fire, earthquake, flood, salt, wind, insect, animals, etc…)
    • The product is not disassembled, modified, or fixed. Components not disassembled or replaced.
    • Warranty marks/stickers are not removed or broken.
  3. Loss or damages resulting from conditions other than the ones listed above are not covered under warranty.
  4. SilverStone Technology’s maximum liability under warranty is limited to the current market value for the product (depreciated value, excluding shipping, handling, and other fees).
  5. SilverStone Technology is not responsible for other damages or losses associated with the use of the product.
  6. The warranty covers only the original purchaser through authorized SilverStone distributors and resellers and is not transferable to a second-hand purchaser.

INSTRUCTIONS OF SAFETY AND WARNINGS

  • Make sure that the mounting surface is strong enough to handle a mounted product and equipment
  • DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM LISTED WEIGHT CAPACITY
  • Always use an assistant or a mechanical lifting device to safely lift and position heavy products.
  • Tighten screws firmly, but do not over-tighten. Over-tightening can cause product damage that greatly reduces the holding power.
  • Keep a clear area and distance from moving parts when using the product.
  • Use only as intended. Never stand, hang, or climb on the product.
  • This product is intended for indoor use only.
  • Any attempts to reconstruct the construction aren’t allowed.
  • This product may contain small items that could be a choking hazard if swallowed. Keep children away unless the product is intended for their use and all instructions and manuals are fully reviewed and understood by them.
  • Check that the product is secure and safe to use at regular intervals (at least every three months

  3. Under warranty, SilverStone Technology is obligated to repair or replace its defective products. Under no circumstances will SilverStone Technology be liable for damages in connection with the sale, purchase, or use including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of use of the product or incidental or consequential damage whether or not foreseeable and whether or not based on breach of warranty, contract or negligence, even if SilverStone Technology has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  4. Warranty covers only the original purchaser through authorized SilverStone distributors and resellers and is not transferable to a secondhand purchaser.
  5. You must provide a sales receipt or invoice with a clear indication of the purchase date to determine warranty eligibility.
  6. If a problem develops during the warranty period, please contact your retailer/reseller/SilverStone authorized distributors or SilverStone at http://www.silverstonetek.com.
    Please note that: (i) You must provide proof of original purchase of the product by a dated itemized receipt; (ii) You shall bear the cost of shipping (or otherwise transporting) the product to SilverStone authorized distributors. SilverStone authorized distributors will bear the cost of shipping (or otherwise transporting) the product back to you after completing the warranty service; (iii) Before you send the product, you must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from SilverStone. SilverStone Technology in North America may repair or replace the defective product with a refurbished product that is not new but has been functionally tested. Replacement products will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or thirty days, whichever is longer.
