PRODUCT INFORMATION

WARNING: Shooting Hazard

  • Blacksmith recommends that you should not put inside a gun that has been loaded.

  • A child or adult can tip the safe and be killed orseriously injured.
  • Serious injury may occur to children and adults if not secured before installation.
  • Children should not plav with or around the safe at anv time.

NOTICE

  1. To reduce the risk, the gun safe must be installed on the wall or floor to ensure safety.
  2. Please keep the emergency key carefully. Do not leave the key in the gun safe, otherwise the emergency key will not be able to open the safe after the battery runs out.
  3. Please do not spill liquid on the control panel, otherwise it will damage the internal electronic components and make it work wrong.
  4. Please do not disassemble the product by yourself. Unprofessional disassembly and installation may damage the circuit and affect its performance.

Operating Instructions

GETTING STARTED

  1. Remove the emergency lock cover and the emergency key hole is exposed.
  2. Insert the emergency key into the keyhole and turn it 35° counterclockwise.

NOTICE : Use the emergency key when opening the door for the first time. After installing the battery, set the fingerprint password and key password in time.

INSTALL BATTERIES

  1. Open the battery box cover plate.
  2. Insert 4 *AA batteries and close battery cover. A

PASSWORD SETTING

  1. The Original password is :1234#
  2. Enter the initial key “1234#”,the prompt tone is “drip drip”. The indicator displays OPEN, then press the “*”button within 6 seconds ,and then you can hear “di”, the indicator displays “-“.
  3. Enter the 3-8-bit password within 10 seconds and press “# “to confirm. The indicator tube displays “IN”. If you hear “di”, the modification is successful. The new password setup succeeded. (Press the * key to delete one bit of password.)

NOTICE:

  • If the operation is wrong, the buzzer will sound “drip drip drip” three times At the same time digital tube display “ERROR”.Please reset it.
  • Note that if the battery is weak it cannot be operated.

ENGERDRINT CETTNG

  • Step 1
1. Press the setting button, When the fingerprint unlock key is bright white and you hear the beep.

  • Step 2
    When the registration is successful, the fingerprint head lights up green

    • At the same time, the digital tube displays “IN” in the Led screen.
    • When “dreeps” is heard, the modification is successful.
  • Step 3
    If the registration fails, the buzzer will sound “beep beep” three times, and the digital tube will display “ERROR”.

  • Step 4
    After the setting is successful, open it with the correct finger- print, and it will be displayed on the led display “open” and the fingerprint head lights up white.

NOTICE:

  • You can not open the door by fingerprint access before fingerprint recognition originally.
  • It is recommended that you record every part of your finger, and also record the same finger multiple times, because the more fingerprint data collected, the higher the identification rate, and the faster the unlock speed.

OPEN THE SAFE

  1. Enter the correct user password, the electromagnet pulls , then turn the handle clockwise to open the door successfully.
  2. Press the correct fingerprint, the electromagnet pulls in , turn the handle clockwise and the door is opened successfully (blank fingerprint is not allowed to open the door)
  3. Remove the emergency lock cover and insert the emergency key into the keyhole and then turn handle clockwise to open the safe.

ALARM FUNCTION

  1. If you input the wrong password 3 times incorrect password, activate the alarm for one minute. Enter the correct password to stop.And 5 times incorrect fingerprint, activate the alarm.Enter the correct fingerprint to stop.
  2. In the standby state, press “*”, display “ALERT”. When the motherboard vibration, display “ALERT” and alarm 1 minute.Enter the correct password or fingerprint to stop it.

MUTE FUNCTION

  1. The number “1” is the mute switch button. Method: In standby state, hold down “1” button for 3 seconds, and the green indicator blinks twice.
  2. Power off the device and then power on the device again. The sound is normal.

RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS
In the standby state, long press the setting button for 3 seconds, hear a long “drip” sound, while the indicator display “clear”, showing off in one second. At this point, the system returns to the initial state (fingerprint cleared, password returned to 1234).SF0105

POWER SHORTAGE PROMPT

  1.  When the voltage is 4.8V (+/-0.2), “LO-BAT” will be displayed everytime the system is awakened; After 2 seconds, ring “drop” and then display “_”, you can enter the confirmation password to open the door.
  2. Use External Power Box when the batteries run out

Note: It is recommended to use ordinary batteries, avoid lithium batteries or different brand of recharging batteries.

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

  1. Working power: 4 x AA Batteries
  2. Working undervoltage point: 4.6V plus or minus 0.20V
  3. Working voltage range: 4V-7V
  4. Quiescent current is less than 5A

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. The safe could be mounted to a wall or floor.
  2. Drill the appropriate size holes for the anchors you are using.
  3. Mount the safe by running screws from inside of the safe and securing to anchors; ensure the safe is mounted securely Floor Mounting.
  4. Use proper drill tools depending on the type of floor you are mounting the safe (wood, tile, or concrete).

MOUNTING HOLES

  1. Choose a suitable location for your quick opening and closing the gun safe. Place the safe box in a proper place and mark the hole to be drilled on the surface
  2. Move the safe when you drill the marked hole on the surface of the safe.
  3. Drill holes in the surface using the appropriate hardware type and the riometer ane conth of the mountina eurfare leon

TROUBLE SHOOTING

  • Problem : When I unlock the gun cabinet with my fingerprint, it won’t open.
1. Please make sure your fingerprint is correct.
2. It may be in self-locking mode due to multiple input errors. Wait for 1 minute and try again
3. Open the door with the emergency key and replace the battery or restore the factory settings and re-register.
  • Problem : The door can not be closed.
1. Check if there is an obstacle blocking the door inside the gun cabinet.
2. Check if the lock bolt on the door is sticking out, if so, unlock it in the right way to make the bolt retract to close the door.
  • Problem : The indicator lights come on at the same time.
1. The system prompts to replace the battery, which is in a weak state.

12 Months Warranty
This product is warranted by the original purchaser for 12 Months from the date of purchase. If the product is within 12 Months since you bought it, any part of the product or the whole product is damaged due to production process or materials, BLackSmith will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product or part for the original purchaser. This warranty applies only to the damage which is caused by materials or workmanship, and doesnot include damage caused by misuse and conversion. This warranty also does not include fire (except fire protection products), water logging (except waterproof products) or theft as well as vandalism. The sole responsibility of the Company shall be limited to the repair or replacement (in its sole discretion) of any component of the BLackSmith safe which fails to conform to this warranty at no cost to the purchaser for the period of the warranty.
