Product Information

The ARM25 is a dual monitor arm with a mechanical spring design and versatile adjustability. It is compatible with monitors ranging from 17 to 32 inches and has a maximum load capacity of 9kg. The arm supports VESA MIS mounting patterns of 100 x 100mm and 75 x 75mm.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Please read the entire instruction manual before starting the installation and assembly process.

  2. If you have any questions regarding the instructions or warnings, please contact your local distributor for assistance.

  3. CAUTION: Ensure that the product is used with monitors that are within the rated weight limit to avoid instability and possible injury.

  4. IMPORTANT: Before installation, check that you have received all the parts mentioned in the component checklist. If any parts are missing or faulty, contact the place of purchase for a replacement.

  5. Regularly check the product’s security and safety at least every three months.

  6. For warranty information in North America and Australia, the product has a limited 1-year warranty. For warranty periods in other regions, please contact your reseller or SilverStone authorized distributor.

  7. Warranty terms & conditions:

    • Product component defects or damages resulting from defective production are covered under warranty.

    • Defects or damages meeting the following conditions will be fixed or replaced under SilverStone Technology’s jurisdiction:

    • Usage in accordance with instructions provided in the manual, with no misuse, overuse, or other inappropriate actions.

    • Damage not caused by natural disasters (thunder, fire, earthquake, flood, salt, wind, insect, animals, etc.).

    • Product is not disassembled, modified, or fixed. Components not
      disassembled or replaced.

    • Warranty mark/stickers are not removed or broken. Loss or damages resulted from conditions other than ones listed above are not covered under warranty.

    • Under warranty, SilverStone Technology’s maximum liability is limited to the current market value for the product (depreciated value, excluding shipping, handling, and other fees).

    • SilverStone Technology is not responsible for other damages or loss associated with the use of the product.

    • Under warranty, SilverStone Technology is obligated to repair or replace its defective products. Under no circumstances will SilverStone Technology be liable for additional damages or loss.

  • Please closely follow the assembly instruction. Improper installation may result in damage or serious personal injury.
  • Safety gear and proper tools must be used. This product should only be installed by professionals.
  • Make sure that the supporting surface will safely support the combined weight of the equipment and all attached hardware and components.
  • Use the mounting screws provided and DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN mounting screws.
  • This product contains small items that could be choking hazard if swallowed. Keep these items away from children.
  • This product is intended for indoor use only. Using this product outdoors could lead to product failure and personal injury.
    IMPORTANT : Ensure that you have received all parts according to the component checklist prior to installation. If any parts are missing or faulty, contact the place of purchase for a replacement.
    MAINTENANCE: Check that the product is secure and safe to use at regular intervals (at least every three months)

This product has a limited 1 year warranty in North America and Australia.

Under no circumstances will SilverStone Technology be liable for damages in connection with the sale, purchase, or use including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of use of the product or incidental or consequential damage whether or not foreseeable and whether or not based on breach of warranty, contract or negligence, even if SilverStone Technology has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  4. Warranty covers only the original purchaser through authorized SilverStone distributors and resellers and is not transferable to a second hand purchaser.

  5. You must provide sales receipt or invoice with clear indication of purchase date to determine warranty eligibility.

  6. If a problem develops during the warranty period, please contact your retailer/reseller/SilverStone authorized distributors or SilverStone http://www.silverstonetek.com.
    Please note that: (i) You must provide proof of original purchase of the product by a dated itemized receipt; (ii) You shall bear the cost of shipping (or otherwise transporting) the product to SilverStone authorized distributors. SilverStone authorized distributors will bear the cost of shipping (or otherwise transporting) the product back to you after completing the warranty service; (iii) Before you send the product, you must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from SilverStone.     SilverStone Technology in North America may repair or replace defective product with refurbished product that is not new but has been functionally tested.
