But before you dive right in, we strongly recommend going through this user manual thoroughly as it contains important technical information to ensure you have a seamless audio experience with us. Once you are done reading the manual, we are sure you will be all set to

What’s In The Box

How To Pair

Step 1: Make sure your charging case is charged up. Simply open the lid of the charging case and earbuds will power on and enter pairing mode. The green light of one of the earbuds will be flashing green. This indicates that the earbuds are ready to pair with your device.

Step 2: Tap ‘Wings Phantom Pro” from the smartphone’s Bluetooth menu. There’s a voice prompt after successful connection and the Green light of both earbuds will flash. This indicates earbuds are connected to your device.

Step 3: Congratulations! You are now connected and can start playing media.

Note : In case you do not connect to any device within 5 minutes of entering pairing mode, then both earbuds will be automatically power off. Please put the earbuds back into the case and repeat the process to pair.

Touch Controls Usage

Play/Pause: Double touch the sensor on one earbud to pause music. Double touch on again on any one earbuds to resume playing music.

Changing Case: Triple tap right earbuds to go to the next song and triple tap on left earbuds for to go to previoussong.

Adjusting Volume: Single touch the sensor on the left earbud to decrease volume, and single touch the right earbud to increase volume.

Si ri/Google Assistant: Long press for 2 seconds on left earbud to activate voice assistant.

Game Mode: Long press the touch sensor for 2 seconds on the right earbud to turn gaming mode on. Long press right sensor for 2 seconds again to turn gaming mode off.

Call Controls

Answer Incoming Call: Double Touch the sensor on any earbuds to answer incoming call.

Hang Up Ongoing Call: While on call, Double Touch the sensor on any earbud to hang up the call.

Reject Incoming Call: Double Touch the sensor on any earbuds for 2 seconds to reject incoming call.

Charging The Case

Note: Please only use a 5V adapter to charge the case as higher voltage adapters can destroy the battery of case and earbuds.

During Charging : LED light pattern for respective battery stage

1. 0% – 25% : Battery, first segment indicator flashes
2.  25% – 50% : Battery, second segment indicator flashes
3. 50%- 75%: Battery, third segment indicator flashes
4. 75%-100%: Battery, fourth segment indicator flashes
5. Fully Charged: When the case is fully charged. All the LED will be completely on.

Charging The Earbuds

Earbuds Being Charged Inside Case: While earbuds are charging inside the case, the earbuds and case light will be ON while the earbuds are charging. The case light turns OFF once the earbuds are completely charged.

Resetting The Device

Please follow the below steps when you see 2 “Wings Phantom Pro” in your bluetooth device menu on your mobile or you can hear music through only 1 earbud. This means the left and right earbuds have not autopaired with each other:

Step 1: Disconnect the earbuds and remove ‘Wngs Phantom Pro” from the list of paired devices on your mobile.

Step 2: Touch the sensor on either of the earbuds for 5 times quickly to clear the pairing data, the LED on both the earbuds will turn ON and then OFF after 3 seconds.

Step 3: Put them back into charge case, and the “Wings Phantom Pro” ready to use on auto on & auto pairing. Reset process is now complete and you will be able to hear music through both earbuds.

Safety And Maintenance

Please read below suggestions in order to helping prolong the product lifespan and clearly understand the warranty clauses:

• Keep the product dry, do not put it in humid conditions to avoid short circuit.
• Do not expose it to the peak sun or high heat for extended period of time as this will short lifespan of electronic components, damage battery and deform some plastic parts.
• Do not put it in cold circumstance to avoid damage to PCB board.
• Do not attempt to dismantle the product, as it maybe unsafe especially for non-professionals.
• Do not use chemical products, detergent, oily liquids to clean the item.
• Do not scratch the surface with sharp items to avoid damaging the case and appearance.
• Do not charge the case for more than 5 hours to avoid loss in battery life.
• Avoid hearing music at maximum volume for long periods of time as this can affect your hearing and is not advisable.

Note: Any damage to the product that is not manufa-cturing defect will lead to warranty being rendered null and void. Therefore, please take utmost care of your product.
