Introduction
Welcome to the Wings True Wireless Generation with the all new Wings Viper. We
hope you are as excited as us to feel and flaunt your latest soundwear.
But before you dive right in, we strongly recommend going through this user
manual thoroughly as it contains important technical information to ensure you
have a seamless audio experience with us. Once you are done reading the
manual, we are sure you will be all set to.

How To Pair
Step 1: Make sure your charging case is charged up. Simply open the lid of the charging case and the earbuds will power on and enter pairing mode. The bottom light of the one of the earbuds will be flashing blue. This indicates that the erabuds are ready to pair with your device.
Step 2: Tap “Wings Viper” from the Smartphone’s Bluetooth menu. There’s a voice prompt after successful connection and the bottom light of both earbus will now show a breathing light where the LED will gradually fade in and out. this indicates earbuds are connected to your device.
Step 3: Congratulations! You are now connected and can start playing media.
Note: In case you do not connect to any device within 5 minutes of entering pairing mode, then both earbuds will be automatically power off. Please put the earbuds back into the case and repeat the process to pair.
Touch Controls Usage
Play/Pause: Single Touch the sensor on any one earbud to pause music. Single Touch on any sensor again on any one earbud to resume playing music.
Changing Songs: Touch and hold right earbud for 2 second togo to next song. Touch and hold left earbud for 2 second togo to previous song.
Adjusting Volume: DoubleTouch the sensor on the right earbud to increase volume. Double Touch the sensor on the left earbud to decrease volume.
Siri/Google Assistant: Triple Touch the sensor on left earbud to activate voice assistant.
Gaming Mode: Triple Touch the sensor on the right earbud to turn gaming mode on. Tripe Touch the right sensor again to turn gaming mode off.
Call Controls
Answer Incoming Call: Single Touch the sensor on any earbud to answer incoming call.
Hang Up Ongoing Call: While on call, Single Touch the sensor on any earbud to hang up the call.
Reject Incoming Call: Long Touch the sensor on any earbud for 2 seconds to reject incoming call.
Charging Function
Charging The Case:-
Note: Please only use a 5v adapter to change the case as higher voltage adapters can destroy the battery of the case and earbuds
During Charging: LED lights will be continously running. from bottom to top to indicate that the case is being charged. Fully Charged: When the case is fully charged, the LED lights will stop running. They will remain always on to indicate the case is now fully charged.
Charging The Earbuds:-
Earbuds Being Inside Case: While earbuds are charging inside the case, LED lights will be continuously running from bottom to top to indicate that the earbud are being charged.
Earbuds Fully Charged: When the earbuds are fully charged, the LED lights will stay on for 5 seconds and then go off. When the LED light go off, it means the earbuds inside the case are fully charged, It takes approximately 30 minute for the earbuds to get fully charged while inside the case.
Resetting The Device
Please follow the below steps when you see 2 “Wings Viper” in your bluetooth device menu on your mobile or you can hear music through only 1 earbud. This means the left and right earbuds have not autopaired with each other:
Step 1: Disconnect the earbuds and remove”Wings Viper” from the list of paired devices on your mobile.
Step 2: Put both earbuds back into the charging case for 5 seconds until indicator lights off and then take them out, quickly tap left or right earbud 5 time to enter into paring mode, both earbuds’ indicators will flash until paring, which mean the Viper had been reset successfully.
Step 3: Put them black into charge case, and the “Wings Viper” ready to use on auto on & auto pairing. Reset process is now complete and you will be able to hear music through both earbuds.

Safety And Maintenance
Please read below suggestions in order to helping prolong the product lifespan and clearly understand the warranty clauses:
- Keep the product dry, do not put it in humid conditions to avoid short circuit.
- Do not expose it to the peak sun or high heat for extended period of time as this will short lifespan of electronic components, damage battery and deform some plastic parts.
- Do not put it in cold circumstance to avoid damage to PCB board.
- Do not attempt to dismantle the product, as it maybe unsafe especially for non-professionals.
- Do not use chemical products, detergent, oily liquids to clean the item.
- Do not scratch the surface with sharp items to avoid damaging the case and appearance.
- Do not charge the case for more than 5 hours to avoid loss in battery life.
- Avoid hearing music at maximum volume for long periods of time as this can affect your hearing and is not advisable.
Note: Any damage to the product that is not manufa-cturing defect will lead to warranty being rendered null and void. Therefore, please take utmost care of your product.
