But before you dive right in, we strongly recommend going through this user manual thoroughly as it contains important technical information to ensure you have a seamless audio experience with us. What’s In The Box

Important Note: The touch sensor is NOT on the X mark. The sensor is located just below as shown here in the image.

How To Pair

Step 1: Make sure your charging case is charged up. Simply open the lid of the charging case and the earbuds will power ON and enter pairing mode. The green light of one of the earbuds will be flashing green. This indicates that the earbuds are ready to pair with your device.

Step 2: Tap “X-Fire” from the smartphone’s Bluetooth menu. There is a voice prompt after successful connection and the green light of both earbuds will flash. This indicates earbuds are connected to your device.

Step 3: Congratulations! You are now connected and can start playing media.

Note : In case you do not connect to any device within 5 minutes of entering pairing mode, then both earbuds will be automatically power OFF. Please put the earbuds back into the case and repeat the process to pair.

Touch Controls Usage

Play/Pause: Double touch the sensor on any one earbud to pause music. Double touch on any earbuds again to resume playing music.

Changing Song: Triple touch the sensor on right earbud to go to the next song. Triple touch the sensor on left earbuds for to go to previous song.

Adjusting Volume: Single touch the sensor on the left earbud to decrease volume, and right earbud to increase volume.

Siri/Google Assistant: Long press for 2 seconds on left earbud to activate voice assistant.

Game Mode: Long press for 2 seconds the sensor on the right earbud to turn gaming mode ON. Long press for 2 sec the right sensor again to turn gaming mode OFF.

Call Controls

Answer Incoming Call: Double Touch the sensor on any earbud to answer an incoming call. Hang Up Ongoing Call: While on call, Double Touch the sensor on any earbud to hang up the call.

Reject Incoming Call: Double Touch the sensor on any earbud for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.

Charging The Case

Note: Please only use a 5V adapter to charge the case as higher voltage adapters can destroy the battery of case and earbuds.

Low Battery Indicator: The red light on the case indicates low battery. The red light will turn OFF once the battery is at 0%.

Charging The Case: When case is being charged, the RGB lightning will turn to red, and the four-battery indicator will give the battery level indication.

Full Charged: When case is fully charged, the Red RGB lights will go OFF, and four-power indicator lights gets turned ON.

Charging The Earbuds

Earbuds Are Charging : While earbuds are charging inside the case. The left and right battery indicators will flash and the RGB lights show red breathing light.

Earbuds Are 100% Battery : When the earbuds are completely charged, the battery indicators are ON for 1 minute then will turn OFF. The RGB lights will flash in Red, Blue and Green alternately for 2 minutes before turning OFF.

Resetting The Device

Please follow the below steps when you see 2 “Wings X-Fire” in your bluetooth device menu on your mobile or you can hear music through only 1 earbud. This means the left and right earbuds have not autopaired with each other:

Step 1: Disconnect the earbuds and remove “Wings X-Fire”from the list of paired devices on your mobile.

Step 2: Double touch the earbuds, then touch 5 times to clear pairing data from the earbuds, do the same for both earbuds.

Step 3: Put them back in the charging case. Now the “Wings X-Fire” k reset and ready to use. Reset process is now complete and you will be able to hear music through both earbuds.

Safety And Maintenance

Please read below suggestions in order to helping prolong the product lifespan and clearly understand the warranty clauses:

• Keep the product dry, do not put it in humid conditions to avoid short circuit.
• Do not expose it to the peak sun or high heat for extended period of time as this will short lifespan of electronic components, damage battery and deform some plastic parts.
• Do not put it in cold circumstance to avoid damage to PCB board.
• Do not attempt to dismantle the product, as it maybe unsafe especially for non-professionals.
• Do not use chemical products, detergent, oily liquids to clean the item.
• Do not scratch the surface with sharp items to avoid damaging the case and appearance.
• Do not charge the case for more than 5 hours to avoid loss in battery life.
• Avoid hearing music at maximum volume for long periods of time as this can affect your hearing and is not advisable.

Note: Any damage to the product that is not manufa-cturing defect will lead to warranty being rendered null and void. Therefore, please take utmost care of your product.
