Product Information

The QZ-PH/0-10V LED power supply is designed for use with LED light fixtures. It has a driver compartment and a wiring compartment for easy installation. The product comes in various wattages: 30W, 60W, 96W, 192W, and 288W. The QZ can be mounted vertically or horizontally and requires a stud for sufficient support. It has mounting tab slots and holes for secure installation. The power supply supports both phase dimming and 0-10V dimming.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Mounting the QZ-PH/0-10V LED power supply:
    • Place the power supply vertically or horizontally.
    • Use the supplied #6 flat head screws to secure the power supply.
    • Ensure the mounting tabs on the bottom of the enclosure are aligned with the mounting holes or slots.
    • If mounting horizontally, use the center holes or side slots of each mounting tab for sufficient support.
    • If mounting vertically, use the center holes or side slots of each mounting tab for sufficient support.
  2. When installing multiple QZ power supplies:
    • Keep a separation of at least 3 inches between the enclosures to prevent the rise of ambient temperature.
  3. Wiring diagram:
    • For phase dimming:
    • Use a two-conductor cable for wiring from the power supply to the light fixture.
    • Follow the provided wiring diagram for different wattages (30W, 60W, 96W, 192W, 288W) and the corresponding AC input, dim, and output connections.
    • Ensure the phase dimmer wire (pink or grey) is connected correctly.
    • For 0-10V dimming:
    • Use a two-conductor cable for wiring from the power supply to the light fixture.
    • Follow the provided wiring diagram for different wattages (30W, 60W, 96W, 192W, 288W) and the corresponding AC input, dim, and output connections.
    • Ensure the phase dimmer wire (pink or grey) is connected correctly.

Mounting

  1. The QZ can be mounted either vertically or horizontally, utilizing the supplied screws and the mounting tabs on the bottom of the enclosure

  2. The QZ must be mounted into a stud for sufficient support, using either the center holes or the slots of each mounting tab

  3. When installing multiple QZ power supplies, separate the enclosures by 3” of space from edge to edge. This prevents the rise of ambient temperature between the power supplies.
