Operating Instructions
Precautions
- Do not stack objects on the body weight scale when it is not in use.
- To prevent slipping, stand on top of the scale with both feet.
- To ensure an accurate reading, stand on the scale without moving or shifting your weight.
- To prevent slipping, do not stand on the scale if it is wet or if your feet are wet.
- Do not hit or kick the scale. Do not drop or throw the scale.
- Use the body weight scale in a dry area, preferably one with low humidity.
Usage Instructions
- Place the weight scale on a flat, stable surface.
- Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the scale.
- Wait for the display to show “0.0 lb” or “0.0 kg”.
- Step onto the scale with both feet, standing still and balanced.
- Wait for the weight measurement to stabilize and appear on the display.
- Step off the scale and wait for it to turn off automatically.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove the battery compartment cover, install 3 AA alkaline batteries.
- Using the weight unit switching button, select the appropriate weight unit. To switch weight units, gently press the front side to wake up the dis- play area and then use the weight unit switch button.
- Place the body weight scale on the fioor, number display facing up.
- Step on top of the body weight scale, so that display numbers are visi- ble above your toes. Make sure both feet are on the scale. Wait until the display numbers stop shifting. Once the display numbers no longer change, this is your weight.
- Step off the scale. The display area automatically turns off in 10 seconds and enters the standby mode. To wake it up, press the scale surface gently.
