Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing. If you give this device to other people, please also pass on the operating instructions.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. The appliance can be used by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised or instructed on how to use the device safely and understand the risks involved.
  2. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. In order to ensure your children’s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
    • CAUTION: Do not allow small children to play with the foil. There is a danger of suffocation!
  3. Children must be supervised so that they do not play with the device. Do not let children play with the device.
  4. Ensure that the fan is switched off from the supply mains before removing the guard.
  5. Use the fan only for purposes described in the instruction manual.
  6. Always use on dry, level surface.
  7. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the fan, plug or cord in water or any other liquid or spray with liquids.
  8. The fan must be placed on a smooth surface of a solid wall or solid pillar and must be installed at least 2.Sm above the ground.
  9. The fan should not be placed near heat sources such as radiators, electric hobs or direct sunlight.
  10. The fan should not be placed near places with water, such as sinks, bathrooms, swimming pools, etc.
  11. Do not use the appliance in areas with flammable materials and gases, or in an environment with a lot of dust, air or steam.
  12. Before using the fan, make sure that the voltage in your mains is the same as that indicated on the label of the appliance.
  13. Unplug from the electrical outlet when not in use, when moving the fan from one location to another, before putting on or taking off parts and before clearing.
  14. Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you leave the room you should always turn the device off.
  15. The protective grills are to prevent direct access to moving parts when the fan is in use Avoid contact with any moving parts.
  16. To avoid injury, do not insert your fingers between the grilles when the appliance is plugged in or when it is turned on.
  17. Do not move the fan while it is running. Disconnect the fan and wait until the fan blades stop completely.
  18. Do not place clothes or other objects on the fan.
  19. Do not use the appliance near curtains.
  20. Check all parts of the appliance before using it. If there is any defect do not use the appliance and contact the manufacturer.
  21. Do not operate any appliance, with a damaged cord plug after the appliance malfunctions, or has been dropped damaged in any manner.
  22. Make sure the power cord is easily accessible at all times.
  23. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may cause hazards.
  24. Do not use the appliance before assembling it.
  25. To disconnect from the electrical supply, grip the plug and pull from the wall outlet. Do not pull on the cord.
  26. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
  27. If you use the appliance outdoors and there is a need to use an extension cable, use a cable extension suitable for outdoor use in order to avoid fire and electric shock.

BATTERY SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS (OF REMOTE CONTROL)

  1. Different battery types or new and used batteries must not be used together.
  2. Batteries can leak and lose battery acid. If the remote control is not used for a long period of time, remove the batteries.

ASSEMBLY

  1. Place the triangular mounting base in the desired position on the wall and mark the 3 holes using a pencil.

  2. For concrete or solid brick wall, drill in the areas marked with the pencil and place the wall plugs. Place and hold the mounting base against the wall and secure it with 3 screws (screws and wall plugs are not included in the package).
    NOTE: If you want to place the mounting base on a plaster board, you must locate the brackets behind the plaster board and then secure the mounting base. Also, when you want to place the support base on wooden wall, the mounting base must always be screwed and secured to supports.

  3. Slide the support arm over the mounting base from the top and secure it with 2 fixing screws (included in the package).

  4. Unscrew the mounting screws located on the motor cover and insert the motor into the socket on the end of the mounting bracket. Then secure the motor to the mounting baoE by attaching the mounting screws.

    • CAUTION: Make sure the motor is properly locked in place and there is no risk of it slipping out of use.
  5. Loosen the 4 screws located on the front part of the motor. Install the rear part of the grill guard to the front part of the motor and align. Then install the screws and tighten them until they lock in place.

  6. Install the fan blades on the motor shaft. Align the mounting hole on the fan impeller with the notch (flat section) on the motor shaft, and secure with the mounting screw.

    • CAUTION: Make sure the fan blades are placed firmly into place before proceeding to the next step.
  7. Loosen the locking clips on the front grill guard and unscrew the screw on the bottom. Then align the hole in the front and rear grill guards and tighten the screw to complete the joint and secure. Close the locking clips to complete the assembly of the fan grill guard.

    • CAUTION: Never operate the appliance if the protective grill guard is not fully assembled.
  8. Loosen the cable clamp screw on the motor joint with the support arm, pass the cable through the clamp and slightly tighten the screw to secure the cable.

    • NOTE: Make sure that the cable is secured in such a way that it does not obstruct the rotation of the fan during operation.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Before connecting the appliance, make sure that the voltage of your appliance corresponds exactly to the voltage at the mains.
  2. Press the ON/ OFF button to turn on the fan. The fan will enter NORMAL mode. To deactivate the fan, press the ON / OFF button.
  3. The fan has 4 operating speeds:
    • Low (L)
    • Medium (M)
    • High (H)
    • Very high (H +)

You can select the desired operating speed by pressing the speed selector button on the remote control.

NATURAL WIND MODE
The fan has a natural wind simulation mode. Follow the following steps to select it:

  1. Turn on the fan by pressing the ON/ OFF button.
  2. Select the desired operating speed (Medium to Very High)
    • NOTE: This feature cannot be activated at low speed.
  3. Select the natural wind simulation function by pressing the Natural button on the remote control.

TIMER
The timer can be set to switch the fan off at time that you can program. Press the TIMER button to start setting the timer, then select the desired time (up to 7 hours) by pressing the time selection key on the remote control. With each press of the button, the time setting increases by one hour e.g. if you press the button three times, the fan will run for three hours. When the fan stops running and shuts off, the previous timer setting will be lost.

SELECTION OF FAN INCLINATION
Follow these steps to select the desired tilt angle: LIFE-516980075-Wall-

  1. Remove the mounting bolt.
  2. Loosen the mounting screw.
  3. Select the desired angle of inclination of the fan and insert the mounting bolt.
  4. Secure by tightening the mounting screw.
    • CAUTION: Make sure it is securely locked and firmly in place before operating the appliance.

OSCILLATION MODE
To start and stop the oscillation mode of the fan, press the SWING button on the remote control. Press again to turn off the feature.

  • NOTE: All fan functions can be selected either from the remote control or by pressing the buttons on the motor controller and the corresponding indicator lights will illuminate accordingly.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Follow these instructions to correctly and safely care for your fan.

  1. Always disconnect the fan from the power supply before cleaning or assembling.
  2. Do not immerse or pour water directly onto the appliance. Risk of electric shock and fire!
  3. Do not allow water to drip on or into the fan motor housing.
    • CAUTION: Clean the surface with a damp, soft cloth. Do not use wire brushes or other sharp objects.
  4. Do not use hard, abrasive or corrosive detergents or solvents to clean the appliance and any of the following as a cleaner: benzene, diluents or benzene.

FAN STORAGE

Your fan can be stored partially disassembled or reassembled.

  1. Always disconnect the device from the power supply before storing the device.
  2. Make sure the appliance is cold and dry before storage.
  3. Always store the device away from children.
  4. Always store the device in a safe and clean place. For the best protection of the device, store it in its original packaging.
