Introduction

Welcome to the Wings True Wireless Generation with the all new Wings Phantom. We hope you are as excited as us to feel and flaunt your latest soundwear.
But before you dive right in, we strongly recommend going through this user manual thoroughly as it contains important technical information to ensure you have a seamless audio experience with us. Once you are done reading the manual, we are sure you will be all set to

How To Pair

Step 1: During the pairing process, 2 LED lights will be flashing quickly.

Step 2: When paring is finished, master earbud’s LED light will flash quickly and slave earbud’s LED light will turn off.

Step 3: When connected to mobile, both master and slave earbud’s LED lights will turn off, and paring is finished.

Step 4: Turn on the Bluetooth on your mobile and pair with device name “Wings Phantom”.

Step 5: On your mobile, please input “0000” as pairing password and click connect to complete the pairing.

Step 6: Once paired successfully with your mobile, the earbuds will automatically connect the next time with your mobile.

Note: When you put the earphones back into the charging case, they will turn off automatically and start charging. if you take them out again, they will automatically turn on and pair with each other.

Touch Controls Usage

Earbuds On: Open the case lid and earbuds turns on automatically, or long press for 5 seconds on earbuds. You’ll hear a “Power On” prompt tone.

Earbuds Off: Put back the earbuds in charging case and close the lid, earbuds will automatically turn off, or long press for 5 seconds on earbuds. You’ll hear a “Power Off” prompt tone.

Play/Pause: Double touch the sensor on any earbud to Play/Pause on music mode, & Answer call/Hang up Call and Reject Call when on calling mode.

Changing Songs: Triple touch the sensor on the left earbud to skip to the previoussong and right earbud to skip to the next song.

Adjusting Volume: Single touch the sensor on the left earbud to decrease volume, and right earbud to increase volume. There is slight beep when increasing or decreasing the volume, and maximum or minimum volume.

Siri/Google Assistant: Long touch the sensor on left earbud for 2 seconds to activate voice assistant and long press for 2 seconds to exit the voice assistant. There is a beep sound when activating or exiting the assistant.

Game Mode: Long touch the sensor on right earbud for 2 seconds and you’ll hear a prompt “Game Mode”with a beep sound. Long touch the sensor on right earbud for 2 seconds and you’ll hear a prompt “Music Mode” with a beep sound.

Restore Factory Settings: Turn on the earbuds and stay disconnected Fast touch the sensor 5 times on both earbuds to clear the pairing, at this time LED indicators of the two earbuds are on at the same time. 3 seconds after clearing, earbuds will automatically turn off. Put them back to charging case and factory reset is completed. Open the case and connect to bluetooth as usual.

Charging Function

Power On: 2 LED indicators flash 3 times.

Power Off: 2 LED indicators flash 1 time.

Disconnected Status: 2 LED lights flash once per second.

Gaming Mode: 2 LED lights are on with breathing effect.

Low Battery Warning: 2 LED light flashes once every 2 seconds at the same time.

Earbud Is Charging: 1 LED indicator is on, and turns off when fully charged.

Charging The Earbuds: Close the lid with earbuds inside. The left or right side’s LED indicator light will turn on depending on which earbud is charging. Or both will lit up when both are charging. Case indicator is off when earbuds are not inside or charging.

The centre LED light show the case battery level as follows:

0% – 25% : Charging case indicators flashes once.
25% – 50% : Charging case indicators flashes twice.
50% – 75% : Charging case indicators flashes thrice.
75% -100% : Charging case indicators flashes four times.
Charing case indicators stays always on when fully charged.

Note: After using for a period of time the contacts are oxidized, and the headest cannot be charged or turned on. First, use alcohol and cloth to clean the contacts and the two thimbles in the charging compartment to solve the problem.

Safety And Maintenance

The recommended operating temperature is 0-35 degress.
Excessive cold, overheating, or high temperature environments will reduc e battery life and affect product performance.
Do not use under thunderstorms.
After a long period of non-use, please charge it before use.
Please use a dry soft cloth to clean the earbuds or case
If there is water or sweat at the notch, wipe it with a dry cloth, however, it will not affect normal use.

Safety Problem

As there is a battery in the headset, please try to keep this product away from high temperature areas.
Please try to use qualified chargers and charging cables, and try to avoid using high current and voltage fast charging devices to charge this product.
The water proof grade of this product is IPX5, please choose the appropriate scene to use this product.

Common Problem

The earphonecannot be paired with the mobile phone? Please check whether to earbuds are in pairing or back-to-back mode, and check the mobilephone bluetooth search settings.
The headset cannot be turned on? Please check if the earbud is fully charged.
Can I replace the battery of earbuds? No, these earbuds uses a non-removable battery.
Can I use the earbuds while driving? Yes, can you use these earbuds while driving, but it is not recommended to use while driving and minimize the volume if using.
If the earbuds is disconnected from the phone? The effective distance of these earbuds is 10 meters indoor and if the distance between the mobilephone and the earphone exceeds 10 meters or there are multiple obstacles, the earbuds and the mobile phone will be disconnected. Please keep the earbuds within the effective distance.
After the earbuds are connected to a computer or mobile phone, different sounds are heard? Because bluetooth is a wireless technolgy, and it is very sensitive to objects between the earbuds and the connected device. Please check whether there is metal or any other object in the connecting range that might affect the connection.
After the Blutooth earbuds are connected to the mobile phone, can the earphone be used to control the applications on the mobile phone? The software settings of device applications may be different, so functions & features of individual applications do not support the earbuds controlling.
