SP3 Plunger Repair Kit Replacement
Part# RK-SP3 [Ref. #4-4]
Content: Set of 1 Plunger, 1 Spring, 1 O-Ring
WARNING
Before attempting to repair or troubleshoot the unit, turn off and unplug the
SP3 from the power supply. Close the ball valve from the steam supply line and
wait for the unit to cool down.
Technical Support Steps
(1) Remove the screws (3) from the SP3 box
(2) Remove the cover plate from the SP3 box
(3) Remove the casing nut using a 14mm wrench

(4) Remove the valve assembly from the SP3 box
(5) Hold the valve body on a vise and remove the casing using a 24mm wrench

- Body
(6) Replace the plunger & spring set along with the gasket and re-install
- Gasket
