1| Familiarise yourself with the controls, ensure you know how to operate the
machine.|
2| Inspect the airline and nozzle for damage before use and do not use machine
if any fault is found.|
3| Never use the compressor to clean debris/dust from yourself or your
clothing. If air enters your bloodstream it may kill you.|
4| Whilst using the mobile compressor wear the safety goggles provided to
protect your eyes.|
5| When using the compressor to remove wax from sewing machines sure the gun
is held at arm’s length away from yourself. Do not stand close enough that
debris may blow back at you.|
6| Report any problem or issue immediately to your Supervisor or a
member of the management team.

I confirm that I will wear the required PPE equipment when using the above machinery and take all steps to ensure my own safety. I will ask for further training if I need to and will immediately inform the Supervisor or Manager if there are any issues with the machinery.
