SUNRISE HTRW Wireless Remote Hydraulic Tipper Kit

Product Information:

The product is a Hydraulic Tipper Kit Wireless Remote (HTRW) designed for operating a hydraulic power unit assembly on a trailer or truck. It includes a remote control and a signal receiver module.

Components:

  • 1 Power cord connector
  • 2 Power cord
  • 3 Ground wire connector
  • 4 Ground wire
  • 5 UP button (raise trailer/ute tray)
  • 6 DOWN button (lower trailer/ute tray)
  • 7 ON button
  • 8 Remote signal light
  • 9 Signal receiver
  • 10 Receiver power light

Wireless Remote Battery Installation:

  1. Use a cross-screwdriver to unscrew the 6 rear cover screws.
  2. Lift off the back cover of the remote.
  3. Install 2x AA batteries.
  4. Place the back cover back onto the remote.
  5. Use a cross-screwdriver to tighten the rear cover screws back into place.

Operating Instructions:

  1. Safety tips: Do not operate the wireless remote until completing the hydraulic power unit assembly onto the trailer/truck.
  2. Operating voltage: DC 12-24V.
  3. Induction distance: 20m.
  4. Reflection speed: The reaction time is within 300 milliseconds.
  5. Frequency requirements: Both the wireless remote and the receiver module are available for 2 band options. It is recommended to use 315MHz in the United States and 433MHz in Europe.
  6. Protection level: IP65.
  7. Low-voltage power warning notice: If the red light on the wireless remote keeps flashing red, it indicates low voltage (at 12V system).

  8. Press the ON button on the wireless remote for 1 second to activate the remote. When the signal light on the remote turns red, the remote is active.

  9. Press the UP button and DOWN button on the remote at the same time for 3 seconds to activate the receiver module. The remote signal light will turn green to signify the receiver module is now active. Now that the wireless remote and receiver module are both active, your wireless control system is available.
    Note: When the system is active and the signal light on the wireless remote is green, you can operate the hydraulic power unit. If the signal light is flashing red, please recharge or change the wireless remote batteries. If the signal light keeps red, the wireless signal may be disrupted. Please repeat steps 1. and 2.

  10. Low-voltage power warning notice:

  11. No-load low voltage warning notice: If the red light on the wireless remote keeps flashing red, please note the battery is getting low voltage (at 12V system, <10V; at 24V system, <20V). In this case, the receiver module will cut off all wireless remote function. Please charge or replace the wireless remote batteries.

  12. Load low voltage warning notice: If the signal light on the wireless remote keeps flashing red during the power unit working condition, please note the battery power is getting low voltage (At 12V system, <10V; at 24V system, <20V). In this case, press the DOWN button to activate the wireless control function and finish the unit power control. Then charge or replace the wireless remote batteries.
