When discarding this product, it must be sent to separate collection facilities for recovery and recycling. By separating this product from other household type waste, the volume of waste sent land-fills will be reduced, saving natural resources.

Safety Instructions

Airfree is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Do not place your Airfare® in direct contact with water or liquids as it can cause an electric and harmful shock hazard and damage to the unit itself.
Do not obstruct Airfare air outlets with items such as towels, clothing, curtains, asity will increase heating inside the ceramic core causing the device to shut off. If such condition persists a general cut-off system will cut power supply requiring replacement of the circuit board. This incident is not covered by the Airfare® warranty.
Do not attempt to open Airfare®  or touch its internal components. Do not insert any objects as it may cause electric shock. Any attempt to open or tamper Airfare® will void the warranty.
To clean Airfare , unplug it from the electric outlet and use a dry cloth to wipe off its surface. Do not attempt to open Airfare®  to clean it inside which is not necessary.
Always keep Airfare® in its vertical position as shown in the picture, otherwise the unit will be shut off until it goes back to the vertical position. Light will become intermittent.
Device with a damage supply cord shall not be used and must be replaced by authorised / authorized warranty service shop to avoid potential hazard events. When returning your Airfree for repair please make sure it is well protected to avoid additional damages.
Airfare® shall not be placed near flammable and toxic products.

Installing and Connecting

Place Airfare® on the floor or a flat surface, plug the power cord into the nearest outlet. Make sure the surface is dry (never place Airfare® on wet floor or immerge it in water).
After 30 minutes the top lid shall be slightly warm over the side vents and on the top lid. Best to use Airfare in rooms within its area capacity to achieve the air sterilizing / sterilizing and purifying maximum performance.
Airfare must be continuously ON in the same room, 24 hours a day. Removing it from the room will allow new microorganism contamination to grow. The longer the period without Airfare® the higher the new contamination in the room.
Avoid placing the device near open doors or windows to prevent some of the sterilized / sterilized purified air to exit the room.
Start operating your Airfare® PRO
As soon as the device is plugged in the silent and maintenance free air sterilization / sterilization starts. The Airfare® can be operated by touching the device sensors, the remote control, voice control or using the App.
Lights – touch multiple times the “bulb” icon until reaching the correct brightness or turn them OFF. Same for the remote. The App discloses the options to click.
Particles and Odors / VOCs activated carbon capsules. The capsules are activated by touching the fan icon pad and shall only be used when necessary, like when in the presence of dust (particles), VOCs, traffic and industrial pollution. The PRO PLUS model has an auto mode option. If not that version, adjust the required speed by touching the fan icon. Same for the remote. The App discloses the options to click.
Timer – Count down to turn off the lights or the capsules activation fan.

App

Connecting the Airfare App

1. Download the Airfare App to your smartphone (available for IOS and Android), or  use Tuya App if you already have it.
2. Make sure to turn the Bluetooth and wi-fi on.
3.  Create a new account following the on-screen instructions.
4. Press both the lamp and fan touch sensors at the same time, to start pairing – the fan icon will show a pink flashing light.
5.  Add the device.
6.  Once detected add the Airfare® PRO/ PRO PLUS to the App devices list.

Technical Characteristics

How does Airfree® Work? Regardless of how hazardous a virus, fungus or bacteria might be they are fully destroyed by the powerful heat inside the TSS™ ceramic core mini ducts. That also generates the air
circulation, same as observed in a chimney, called air convection in a continuous, silent, and efficient air flow.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I know if Airfree® is no longer working?

The top LED ON indicates the device is working. If OFF turn the floor lights ON. If still OFF, check the top lid, and the area above the side vents, if not warm, the air sterilisation/ sterilization system is not working. Finally test the fan by touching the Fan icon touch pad. If none are working please connect it to another outlet and make sure the unit is in its vertical position for at least 1 minute.

2. Are there any side effects?

No. Airfare® ’s new technology uses heat to purify the air with meaningless heat contribution to the room. No side effects, no emissions, NO IONS, nor new particles are generated. When necessary to remove dust homes and offices, quietly, constantly, and efficiently purifying the air.

3. Can I use Airfare® in air-conditioned rooms?

Yes.

4. Should I turn off Airfree when I leave house?

It is recommend to keep Airfree® TSS TM always on. Turning the unit off will stop the sterilisation / sterilization process allowing the microorganism room contamination to grow.

5. Can I change Airfree from one room to another?

Airfare® must always be plugged in the same room 24 hours a day. Airfare's patented technology works gradually so, when removing it to another room the contamination in the original room will start to increase.

6. What happens if Airfare® is disconnected or there was a black out?

Airfare® will take approximately the same time to recover the previous reduced contamination level.

7. Does Airfare® eliminate bacteria and viruses?

Yes. Unlike the air filters in the market Airfare® is more efficient with the smallest microorganisms as they are easily carried by Airfare®’s airflow into the sterilizing TSS™ ceramic core mini ducts. Please check the independent bacteria and virus tests at our website.

8. How does Airfree® destroy dust mites?

Mould reduction in the environment causes reduction in the mould dependent dust mite population. Airfare® also destroys the harmful toxins and fungus freed into the air by dust mite feces and skeletons that trigger respiratory allergies and asthma.

9. How does Airfare® eliminate fungi and molds?

As mentioned before, Airfare® eliminates airborne microorganisms there included molds, fungi and spores. By eliminating spores new mould colonies are unlikely to develop, representing less future airborne mould spores. Please check the independent mould tests at our website.

10. How does Airfare ®destroy viruses?

Those microscopic microorganisms are easily eliminated inside Airfree ®’s ceramic core capillaries. Contrary to other technologies the smallest the microorganisms the easiest they are destroyed inside the TSS ceramic core capillaries. Please check the independent virus test at our website.™

11. Does Airfare® make any humidity level change in the room?

No.

12. Does Airfare release any gas or chemical product?

No. Airfare®'s sterilization process is natural. Please check our website for conclusive tests regarding particles and ozone.

13. Does Airfare® heat up a room?

Airfare® does not make any noticeable increase in the room temperature. Just for comparison two Airfare® devices plugged in the same room will contribute as much heat as one 70 kg adult.

14. Does Airfare® need filter replacement?

No.

15. Where do the microorganisms go after they are destroyed?

All living microorganisms are basically composed by carbon, oxygen an nitrogen. Since Airfree® PRO PLUS reaches nearly 200°C, all the components decompose into Carbone dioxide (the same product released by our respiration) and water. Some carbon (or microscopic ashes) may remain inside the device or over the top lid during the process. It should be noted that all happens in a microscopic level, so all those residues are a very small fraction of the microorganisms original microscopic size, in other words meaningless.

Warranty
The Commercial Guarantee is sent to the customer along with the device and does not affect the customer’s rights under local applicable laws, nor their rights with regard to the distributor/ seller of this product.
This product is warranted by AIRFREE® PRODUCTS, to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under proper use for a period of three years from the date of purchase. During this period, and upon presentation of the sales receipt, this product will be repaired or replaced (if lack of conformity) with the same or similar model without charges for parts or labor, at the Dealer’s address that ensures it. To be eligible for the warranty, please keep your sales receipt. We recommend you register the warranty at www.airfree.com. Warranty service requires the device to be sent with the sales receipt/ invoice to the distributor/ dealer.
The territorial scope of this guarantee is defined by the country where the purchase was concluded. No warranty for a device purchased in one country and used in another.
Nonconformity devices will be replaced or reimbursed if the lack of conformity becomes apparent within 30 days of delivery.
This warranty does not apply to a product that has been misused, abused, or altered without limiting the aforementioned, bending or dropping the unit, defects in the house electrical installation, or fluctuating power levels that are considered to be defects resulting from misuse or abuse.
AIRFREE® PRODUCTS and its affiliates, distributors, and dealers do not make any specific claim as to the medicinal uses of this product nor does the manufacturer warrant that the equipment prevents diseases.
