GYMAX GYM09565 Bedside Table
THIS INSTRUCTION BOOKLET CONTAINS IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION. PLEASE READ AND KEEP IT FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
First of all, thank you very much for choosing our products. Please read the instructions carefully before assembling. Please refer to the certificate or packaging for the production date.
Product Introduction:
The frame tube of this bedside table trolley is made of steel pipe, the
tabletop board is made of wood, and the height can be adjusted by the upper
and lower holes. The tabletop board components can be folded. The bottom frame
comes with four 2-inch plastic wheels and two brakes. The product is suitable
for the elderly, pregnant women, people with disabilities and other people
with limited mobility.

Preparation before Assembly
After unpacking the packing box, first, remove the packing bag. Please take care to protect all the parts in the box. If assembling on the ground, put the paper or carpet on the ground to prevent scratches. Pay attention to the distinction between parts and components, and then remove the inner carton, take out the parts and place them first. (The components and hardware are shown in the figure below.

Assembly Instructions
Please refer to the components and hardware drawings to assemble.
- Step 1: As shown in Figure 1, first install two 2-inch plastic castors (with brakes) and spring washers on the corresponding screw holes at the front end of the chassis.
- Step 2: As shown in Figure 2, install two 2-inch plastic castors(without brakes) and spring washers on the corresponding screw holes at the rear of the chassis.
- Step 3: As shown in Figure 3, align the outer oval tube assembly with the corresponding holes of the chassis assembly, take out 1 hex socket head screw (M6*65) and 2 φ6.2 washers to connect them. Use a 4 # Allen key and a 10# open-end wrench to lock the M6 self-locking nut.
- Step 4: As shown in Figure 4, take out the M6 triangular screw, align the outer elliptical tube assembly with the corresponding hole of the chassis assembly, and lock it.
- Step 5: As shown in Figure 5, first put the compression spring into the adjusting inner oval tube assembly, and then insert it into the round tube of the tabletop assembly and push it to the end.
- Step 6: As shown in Figure 6, use a switch wrench to penetrate the φ10.2 washer and the iron pipe sleeve to align and adjust the inner elliptical pipe assembly to lock the inner nut.
- Step 7: As shown in Figure 7, the inner oval tube assembly is aligned with the outer oval tube assembly tube, and the marble is pressed to adjust it to a suitable height.
- Step 8: As shown in Figure 8 and Figure 9, the M8 Torx knob is aligned with the nut on the outer oval tube assembly to lock it.
Check after Installation
- Whether the bedside table trolley is installed correctly and whether the four legs are flat, please refer to the manual diagram for comparison.
- Verify that all the accessories of the bedside table trolley are fully assembled, and you can check for extra accessories.
- Check whether the installation of the bedside table trolley is loose.
- Check whether all components of the bedside table trolley are skewed, and you can make appropriate adjustments.
Product Maintenance and Maintenance Methods
- Do not scratch or scrape the surface of the product with hard objects to prevent material damage.
- For daily cleaning and maintenance, apply neutral synthetic detergent, wipe with a damp cloth, and then wipe with a dry cloth.
- Do not contact strong acids and alkalis to prevent corrosion.
Storage Conditions and Methods
After packaging, the bedside table trolley should be stored at a temperature of 14 ℉(-10 ℃) to 104℉(40 ℃) and with relative humidity not exceeding 80%. No corrosive gas and well-ventilated, clean room. Keep away from moisture, light, and heat during transportation.
