Safety notice!

  • This product is used for oxygen supplements, not for life support or life extension. It is suggested that when using the device the patient’s oxygen flow and inhalation time shall be set according to the doctor’s guidance.
  • Due to the combustion effects of oxygen, please place the oxygen concentrator over 1.6 meters away from objects that may produce sparks or bare electric line or flame and please use it indoors.
  • Please don’t smoke when you are taking in oxygen or close to the ongoing oxygen users.
  • Please don’t place the oxygen concentrator near the strong magnetic field or electromagnetic interference sources.
  • Do not use nasal tube under cover or chair cushion, please be careful not to twist or knot nasal tubes.
  • Shut off the power switch when you are not taking in oxygen.
  • Oil or grease is disabled on the oxygen concentrator.
  • Before you do any maintenance work, please make sure that the oxygen concentrator has been blackouts in case of electric shock.
  • To avoid electric shock, please don’t open the oxygen concentrator shell on its own.
  • If there is any quality problem, the customer shall not remove parts or maintenance without authorization.
  • If you find an abnormal phenomenon such as an alarm you should contact the dealer or manufacturer.
  • Please don’t pour liquid directly on the product shell, oxygen concentrator shells are not allowed to use organic solvents or cleaning agents
  • The device shall be used in a clean, dustless and well-ventilated space without toxic gas, where it will not be corroded.
  • To prevent the device from being damaged, please do not run the device before the installation of its high-efficiency filter, or complete drying of intake filter cotton.
  • When using the device, ensure that the exhaust from the bottom vent is being expelled properly, otherwise the device may overheat.
  • Laying the device on its side or inverting is strictly prohibited during handling.
  • Clean water in the bubble humidifier cup shall be poured out to prevent water backflow when transporting the device.
  • There will be intermittent exhaust sound when using the device (the interval is about 5 seconds).
  • The device shall not be started or stopped frequently. The interval time of restart after stop shall not be less than 5 minutes. ( that is to say air in the device must be exhausted completely to prevent air compressor from starting under pressure, thus affecting its lifespan)
  • When the machine is shut off the fan will continue to operate for some time to facilitate to exhaust the hot air inside the machine.
  • The bubble humidifier cup shall be filled with distilled water or cold boiled water, and the amount added shall be between the maximum and minimum scale lines.
  • In the oxygen concentrator, bubble humidifier cup, air inlet filter cotton, and high-efficiency filter shall be cleaned. The bubble humidifier shall be cleaned about every 3 days, the external air inlet filter cotton shall be cleaned about every 100 hours, and the high-efficiency filter shall be changed about every 1500 hours.
  • Please confirm the power is turned on with a smooth oxygen outlet.
  • If the device stays idle for several days, please pour water in the bubble humidifier cup out entirely and dry it.
  • A nasal cannula that conforms to the supporting product specifications must be used. If other nasal cannulas are used, check carefully that they are closely and reliably connected to the oxygen concentrator. The nasal cannula is for one-time use or for the user only.
  • After using, the nasal cannula shall not be thrown away and shall be carried out by medical waste classification treatment to prevent environmental pollution.
  • To prevent cross-contamination, nasal cannula and nebulizer shall be just for one person.
  • The effective distance of the remote control is 5m. When the effect is bad, please shorten the distance or replace the remote-control cell.
  • Nebulizer should be used with the medical device registration certificate.
  • AM-1 type with car use requires car cigarette lighter load electric power of more than 240 W ( fuse loads electric current of more than 20A) and output voltage DC12V.

Product introduction

  • Principle: This product is a kind of small portable oxygen concentrating equipment, which uses the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption(PSA). With air as the raw material and zeolite molecular sieve(ZMS) as the absorbent, it separates oxygen from nitrogen and other gases in the air and then, after being power on and under normal temperature and pressure, oxygen with high purity can be continuously separated from the air.
  • The use of the product will not affect oxygen content of the surrounding air.
  • For working principles, please refer to the schematic diagram.
  • Composition: This product is composed by oxygen-generating host, flow indicator, alarm system and nebulization interface (optional). It adopts the principle of pressure swing adsorption with a molecular sieve bed to generate 90%-96% oxygen.

Scope of application

This equipment is mainly suitable for making health care with oxygen.

Product Use Environment

  • Ambient temperat ure: 10 ℃ to 40 ℃;
  • Relative humidity: 3 0% ~ 85%;
  • Atmospheric pressure: 700 hp a and 1060 hpa;
  • No corrosive gas environment and s trong magnetic field.

Operation steps

  1. The oxygen concentrator shall be placed in such a place with an easy oxygen supply and good ventilation and shall be kept at least 20 cm away from the surrounding walls, curtains, and other objects.

  2. Remove the humidifier cup, inject an appropriate amount of distilled water or cold-boiled water between the maximum scale line and minimum scale line, and then re-install the humidifier cup (a reference to the diagram).COXTOD-AM-1-Oxygen-Concentrator-fig-14

  3. Connect the power, insert one end of the power line into the oxygen concentrator’s power socket; insert the other end of the power line into an indoor power socket, and turn on the power switch.

  4. Adjust oxygen flow as needed by flow adjusting button.

  5. Boot display is the previous use mode

  6. The screen display the approximate oxygen concentration at the corresponding flow.

  7. Insert the inlet terminal of nasal cannula to the oxygen outlet, place the nasal cannula over the user’s ears, and insert the nasal plug of the nasal cannula into the nares of the user for oxygen intake.
    It is advisable to do oxygen therapy for 30-60 minutes every time.

  8. After using the device, turn off the power switch. If the device is not going to be used again shortly, please unplug the power plug.

  9. Timing oxygen inhalation. When the user needs time oxygen inhalation press the Timing/continue mode switch key first , then the timing function indicator flashes on the screen, and press the timing adjusting key to set
    the timing time as needed(10 minutes every interval and 5 hours at maximum), then press the Timing/continue mode switch key to enter into timing oxygen inhalation state with timing function indicator keeping on.
    Under the timing state, the user may press the Timing/continue mode switch key to enter into a continuous state.

  10. The use of remote control. Ensure power is connected first, aim the remote control at the Remote Control Port on the oxygen concentrator, and then press keys on the remote control to start the oxygen concentrator. The functions of keys on the remote control are the same as the ones on the panel of the oxygen concentrator.

  11. Anion function. It can start by pressing the anion keys on the panel or on the remote control, then the icon lights up.

  12. Nebulization function. Put liquid drugs inside the bottle according to the doctor’s advice, tightly capped bottle cup of liquids, and connect one end of the tube of the connection interface of the nebulizer to oxygen outlet on the oxygen concentrator (as shown in figure 2). Press the Nebulization key on the operation panel or remote control. When the icon lights up, the nebulization treatment starts.COXTOD-AM-1-Oxygen-Concentrator-fig-13

  13. The use of vehicle-type inverter:

  14. Before use, please confirm that the car cigarette lighter power is by the requirements;

  15. Please insert the vehicle-mounted inverter to the cigarette lighter interface after car starts, so as to avoid car instantaneous c urrent strike damage; Please pull the inverter cable from the cigarette lighter after using it .
