- 1/8″ Drill Bit (Use 1/L.• Drill Bit with Masonry Anchors)
- Ladder
Download the Cync App &Set Up Camera
- STEP 1 Connect the cord and plug in the Outdoor Wired Smart Camera in a convenient location
- STEP2 Download the Cync App, powered by Savant, on your smartphone
- STEP3 Add your Outdoor Wired Smart Camera to the Cync App
- STEP ‘4 Install your Outdoor Wired Smart Camera

Choose a Location
- Avoid direct sunlight
- Stay within 2Lift of outlet
- Stay within range of your Wi-Fi router
- Do not obstruct
TIP: Plug in and hold the camera where you want it, and then have another person check the Cync App to see if the camera covers the preferred areas of your yard
Mount the Base
- STEP 1 After completing setup in the Cync App, choose your mounting location. Use the Cync App’s Wi-Fi signal strength indicator to ensure you’re in Wi-Fi range.
- STEP2 Hold mounting bracket in position and mark the hole locations with a pencil.
- STEP3 Drill holes with 1/8″ drill bit.
- STEP4 Insert screws and mount to wall or soffit.
Attach the Camera
- STEP 1 Identify the two notches at the bottom of the mounting plate.
- STEP 2 Route the cord through the notches so that the cord going to the outlet is flush with the wall.
- STEP 3 Align the red notch on the base of your camera with the red notch on the mounting plate.
- STEP 4 Slide the camera base onto the mounting plate until it clicks in place.
Plug In Camera, Adjust the Position & Finish Setup
- STEP 1 Plug your camera into a covered outlet.
- STEP 2 Optional: Attach your cord to the siding or ceiling for more discreet mounting. If routing through holes, unscrew power cord connector, route the cable and then reconnect cable before plugging into the outlet.
- STEP3 Adjust the camera to the desired angle (use the camera view in the Cync App to verify the view before locking the ball joint).
- STEP4 Turn the camera neck clockwise to tighten the ball joint and lock your camera in place.
- You’re all set! Use the Cync App to check out your camera’s live feed and select your motion settings and zones under your camera’s settings.
