Product Usage Instructions

8. Follow the specific instructions for creating the middle base, using 2 bolts, 2 washers, 2 nuts, and a wrench to securely tighten the parts.

Return / Damage Claim Instructions
If a return or damage claim is required, please follow these instructions

1. Do not discard the original box or packaging.
2. If you need to return the item, it must be packaged in its original box for acceptance.
3. Take a photo of the markings on the side of the box for identification purposes.
4. If there is any damage to the product, take a photo of the damaged part.
5. Email the images and a description of your claim directly from the marketplace where you purchased the item.

HARDWARE LIST

Insert part

1. (4pcs) into part
   • and
   • Use a Phillips screwdriver to fix screw
   • securely.
   • Repeat for the other side.

Screw parts

• Ⓔ and
• Ⓕ on posts by using 6 bolts
  1. 6 washers
  2. and 6 nuts
  3. Repeat for the other side.

Use 2 bolts

1. 2 washers
2. 2 nuts
3. to tighten parts
   • Ⓔ and
   • Ⓕ securely with wrench to create middle base.

Use 18 screws

1. to securely fasten part
   • Ⓗ to the base. Check panels are in line with the base. Use remaining screws
2. to fasten part
   • Ⓘ on the base and have part
   • Ⓘ aligned straight.

Make sure all screws and bolts are tightened securely before use.

Return / Damage Claim Instructions

• DO NOT discard the box / original packaging.
• In case a return is required, the item must be returned in original box. Without this your return will not be accepted.
• Take a photo of the box markings.
• A photo of the markings (text) on the side of the box is required in case a part is needed for replacement. This helps our staff identify your product number to ensure you receive the correct parts.
• Take a photo of the damaged part (if applicable).
• A photo of the damage is always required to file a claim and get your replacement or refund processed quickly. Please make sure you have the box even if it is damaged.
• Send us an email with the images requested.
• Email us directly from marketplace where your item was purchased with the attached images and a description of your claim.
